We recently visited Yaletown Interiors and had a pleasant and successful shopping experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, pressure free and, the staff was very helpful. We ran into some difficulty and confusion about delivery but Angela in customer service set things right and turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience in the end. We highly recommend Yaletown Interiors for their great selection and wonderful customer service.

Yale Interiors service is outstanding and quality is worth the investment. I was looking for furniture for a 1 bedroom condo for my 88 yr old mother. I had been to other furniture stores but here I found excellent communication about what I was looking for and what would be an ideal fit within my budget. Saleema’s approach was spot on with furniture for the living room, an easy to care for Sofa Bed that was very comfortable, pieces to complement that were classy and beautiful. Especially one side table that everyone who comes to visit compliments in it’s uniqueness. The bedroom furniture she recommended was solid, high quality and durable.I have recommended Saleema and her staff of Yale Interiors to many people because their service is impeccable and she understands the needs of her customers like myself and my mom. Thank you.

My wife and I went to Yaletown Interiors to shop for a new couch.... We were acknowledged upon entering the store and met Becky one of the sales associates. Becky assisted us and was very helpful and patient throughout the process. Definitely would recommend others to visit this store. Great selection and service. And yes, we did buy our couch there.

Very nice family owned business. We are so happy that this was our first stop shopping for living room furniture. There was no need to go anywhere else.We were greeted immediately by Debbie who has a great eye for design and helped find us chairs to complement the sectional we selected in the showroom. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured as we were shown several different options.When it came to fabric selection we were overwhelmed at the options and the owners of the store also joined to help us decide.We recently had our new pieces delivered. The delivery staff were on time and professional. We are thrilled with our new furniture and highly recommend Yaletown Interiors.

I had a truly rewarding experience working for Yaletown Interiors. From the start, the staff and owners were very welcoming and made me feel like a respected member of their team. The owner treated all employees from different races and cultures with great respect and we were all appreciated for our value. Discrimination was not tolerated, in any circumstance or form. The customer service and sales experience I gained has been extremely valuable to this day and I am extremely grateful for the opportunities I received during my time there. The support to grow and build skills along with the inclusive work environment allowed me to thrive both professionally and personally.
