I had no idea that there were Expedia type shipping companies. When I was getting quotes I checked all the big shipping companies like UPS and stumbled upon Secureship. The price was 60% less than the cheapest but I wondered what I was getting myself into.However everything worked out great! I paid Secureship online at home on their website. Then I felt weird walking into a UPS store to drop off my package, but they didn't blink an eye. Delivery was quick and with no issues. My package was sent from Canada to the US.

Had a pretty good experience with Secureship so far: Rates are very competitive, and creating/quoting and confirming a shipment through the web portal is a quick and simple process -- I mostly ship overseas and there's no such thing as numerous and dubious export forms, the portal will emit all documents needed from your invoice, it'll even create an invoice if you don't have your own. Never had any issues with billing, returns or lost items, so can't comment on this.

When I first checked out Secureship, I was apprehensive about using a service that I was not familiar with. After doing a bit of homework and seeing the savings that I would enjoy, I went ahead. What a pleasant surprise! I received very personal attention when I had questions and received quick replies. The delivery service went smoothly and the package was delivered on time. I would not hesitate to use Secureship again!

I was hesitant to use secureship because I had not heard of it before, but it is a legitimate company with excellent customer service. I have used it on multiple occasions and the one time I had an issue the customer service was very attentive and responsive. Pro tip: Pay special attention to measurements and weight of your packages for accurate quotes, and you should have nothing to worry about.
