I ordered fish and chips. Everything was overcooked and dry. It seemed that everything was cooked in advance and only warmed up. We were a company of 10 people, only lamb stew was ok.

Wonderful place for drinks and food! Too bad staff in all the restos are always in a rush to pick up dishes and drinks even when not busy (5pm) or finished. Great live bands!

Been to this location before and was generally a positive experience. This time the server although she couldn't smile and look like she didn't want to be there. Her service was ok as for my meal all I can say is stay away from the fish and chips. we were a group of 12 and 4 of us had the fish. I think it was prefried and then fried again when we ordered as everyone had the same impression .It was dry and the batter was burnt dark brown. It will be awhile before I return and will never have there fish and chips again terrible experience. That said others had the stew and club sandwich and found them to be good. Sorry Macgibbons 1 star this time.

I wish I had found this location sooner. Walking in you feel like you are walking into a pub in Dublin’s temple bar. The staff are very nice and helpful. I was amazed at the homie feel to this pub. I was most certainly be back **very LGBTQ friendly

Typical pub style location. Lots of TV’s to watch sports. Our waitress was friendly. Nice choice of drinks. Food was good. Not delicious but good enough for me to come back. Can get loud so watch out for that if it’s not your thing. Overall, good choice for beer and pub food.

The cocktails are great as always, i got a mojito and a moscow mule. The chicken wings were dry and overpriced for their size, they were so tiny! Some were broken in half and were counted as a wing. Service was impressive considering it was a Friday night. Pleasant performance by the band.

We have been living on the West Island for maaaannnny years and totally ignored mckibbin’s since it’s a strip mall restaurant.Last night we went for the first time with our friends who recommended it to us.We were not disappointed whatsoever! It’s a hidden gem. Very beautifully decorated place with a true pub atmosphere. It’s large. Has varied seating including cozy booths. It has a stage with live music. The waitress was very very nice and friendly.The food was delicious and quiet varied with lots of different choices. Beers and wines were very well priced!It is 18+ though so no kids are allowed.Great experience. We are happy we have discovered Mckibbins and we can’t wait to go back and try other things!My husband and I both got bison burgers - I got the side Caesar salad and he the fries.

Me and my loved ones usually have a great time at this Pub wether lunch, dinner or for drinks it always has a nice atmosphere. I love most of the food and their desserts. Good price for bar style food. Probably only 2 things that could improve sometimes service is a little slow and their fish an chips a somewhat oily. Besides that I highly suggest it.
