They need to get their act together. I was referred multiple times by my GP and they never called or emailed to schedule an appointment. Suddenly one day my GP shows a message from them saying they scheduled my appointment a month ago. That was definitely not true. I had no calls from them and no emails, even though I left multiple voice mails and emails.I decided to go with another practice. They called within 2 days and scheduled an appointment.

Rude and unprofessional!My husband had a referral for the ENT at this clinic. He had to call them and after several follow ups to get the appointment, the admin called him back one day to set up a date. She was extremely rude and unprofessional! Literally her only response to each and every question was “ that’s how it is”.She raised her voice and cut off the line and did not respond back! My husband was extremity polite while talking to her and did not say a single word that deserves such a terrible reaction!If you care about your self, never try booking an appointment here! We asked our family doctor to refer us to another specialist! They should learn that patients should be treated with respect!

Been trying to book an appointment for 4 weeks now. Called in, left polite voicemails, emails, they simply don't respond. I understand if you're busy, but not a single call back in 4 weeks is just too much.

This is the most disorganized and frustrating clinic I've encountered. Despite being referred several weeks prior to my attempt to schedule, their booking system seemed to be lacking in organization and cohesion, and the receptionist had difficulty locating my referral record. My numerous attempts to contact the clinic were met with limited success, as I was either directed to voicemail or provided only vague assurances of a callback. I never got a call back and I was forced to seek an alternative referral to another clinic.

The worst clinic I’ve been to! My appointment was at 10:45 waited until noon to be seen for 1:15 min . Each patient that went a head of me the doctor took at least 15 min with them . I’m frustrated and have no words to describe this experience . Why book an appointment for a certain time if you have to wait hours to see someone for a minutes ? Please consider another location for any future referrals. The WORST !

Clinic with very poor communication. I had my appointment canceled due to the last snow storm. The next day, I got a call from them on my home number, during working hours even they have my cell number and left message to call them back to schedule new appointment. I called back the next day, and it goes directly to voice mail, warning that they are so busy that it will take 2-3 business to reply and suggesting a quicker response to send email. We'll I did both and guess what, 5 business days past no reply. I think I will just find another clinic, maybe eventually this will make them less busy so they will be able to communicate with the patients.

Dr. Tam is awesome. The management is absolutely horrible. No phone calls or emails are returned. You have to physically go there to get anwsers. They absolutely need to FIRE Jay- there manager he obviously couldnt care how the place is run.

If I could give zero stars I would... took me almost 4 months to get an appointment... my doctor even called them and no response.. finally they called me back... no apology to schedule me in. I get there... and waited over 90 mins and I went up to the desk and the lady basically told me that I had to wait for an hour like everyone else. I watched a lady with her son tell other people she had been there for over 2 and a half hours past her original appointment time. Literally the worst experience ever. On top of that, the clinic didn't have my scans on hand, then the doctor prescribed me a bunch of anti biotics without asking me if I had allergies.... when I told him what my allergies were... he questioned me as to what my reactions were to the drug... first time during the entire conversation that he actually asked me about my medical history. I would rather travel an hour somewhere else to have my appointment on time then to come to this clinic...

Very irresponsible and impolite receptionist, does not respect others’ time and needs to work a lot on the communication skills. You cant believe that the receptionist ask you to be there & waste your time for hours before your appointment. Why? due to the fact that 'that's how it is!'

I have never seen such an irresponsible clinic in my life. I had an appointment, never received a confirmation, cancelation. They never answer phone calls and never return voice mails! Glad that I wasn’t able to visit a doctor. I can just imagine the doctors if this is how the clinic is being handle!
