Worst fries ever. Idk if the frying oil temperature is bad or what. The fries are half burnt and overcooked.

DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible experience. No one stands in the line. Terribly slow. Fire everyone there and hire people who are quicker at the job. 15 mins in line with only 3 people ahead of me is unacceptable. Change staff or just go to another location. 0 stars

Saw that the pulled pork was back sonI stopped in. Got a regular pulled pork poutine and I wish I hadn't.More then half the fries were barely if at all cooked. As in you break it open and it's pure white fluff inside. Made the meal unedible. The pulled pork was a but spicy but tasted fine but wasn't very warm as it didn't even melt the curds.Storefront was clean and inviting, service wasn't great. I was the only customer waiting and it still took 3-4 minutes to be greeted as the employee was more worried about talking to the person in the back washing fries then at least saying it would be a second.

Tried the new dog and I love it, it’s just that the hotdog was longer than the bun and it’s a bit hard. The hotdog is juicy love it. The service is good and all staff are very polite. Will surely come back again.

I ordered a large order of French fries, all of which were burnt and there was little cheese, but when I tried to explain to the service staff, they said that if I wanted to change it, I would have to pay extra, which was ridiculous. I spent 14.49 and threw it into the trash。

The lady who was taking order was rude and not welcoming at all. She was throwing fries into oil like she was doing some favour to customers, everyone is paying okkkk. Also, fries were soooo oily and we asked for salt and pepper topping but she didn’t do it. Moreover when we asked for best option fir dips than she was acting so annoying and started saying take whatever u want according to your taste. Rather than give some good suggestion of NEW YORK fries she did this
