Horrible phone etiquette. The person on the phone may as well have been a Robot!Listen.... Hear what's being said... then respond. Instead I received utter rudeness for no reason other than requesting clarification and I got hung up on! amazing!

They move here from delta few years ago. Enough space to trun around semi . Docks are easy . There is scale in side . Enterns & exits are two different doors. Every one here is nice just take some time to load.

Trying to get some one on the phone can be extraordinarily difficult. Held for 15 minutes then cut off. Called back, held for another 10 minutes and gave up. Thanks for wasting my time CSA. Maybe hire some staff.

Worst trucking company ever used! No response and no delivery timeline. Rude customer service just hang up you phone whatever way they like. Will never come back again and won’t refer any of my friend to this company.

I waited over an hour for someone to conduct the interview. No one even spoke even talked to me. Or even aknowledged I was there. Very dissapointing and extemely rude on thieir part. I would not want to work for a company like that.

Our dedicated inside sales rep Gary is the best. Things are usually seamless. However, with LTL, things can occasionally go sideways, especially with cross-border shipments. It's great to know they have a dedicated team to resolve any issues that arise quickly. Best rates around with big reach after adding Atlanta, Denver, and Chicago over the last year. Thanks guys, you've got our business!

Can't reach them by phone half the time but when you do they are fairly helpful. Poor transport times ETA are never accurate or even close. The tracking is very quick and provides the most minute details so at least you can know exactly why your shipment is late.
