Denny's Touchfree Car Wash Full Service

Decent wash service. 3 levels of wash available, all include hand dry. But middle option has interior vacuum and top level have various exterior coatings and interior window wash.

I was visiting the GTA and needed a touchless car wash for my brand new car. I was very happy with the service I received from Denny's. My car was treated well and came out sparkling. If I'm in the area again in the future, I'll be sure to stop by!

Took my BMW X7 here and paid over $60 for the 5 star cleaning. When I opened the doors they hadn't even touched the center console in the back or cleaned the inside of the doors and the storage panels in the doors either. When I confronted the workers, they said we're trying our best" with no apology or anything.If this is their best for $60 then they shouldn't be in the business."

First time. Got the basic $20 exterior wash. You can stay in the car if you want. Five cars ahead of me on a weekday at lunchtime and it took about 30 mins. Wash was good for $20, better than fully automatic drive thrus because of the hand drying at the end. I can imagine on weekends that can be a long lineup.

What a joke! $50 5 star service and this is what my car looks like…. Been coming here for a while and I am very disappointed. had decided to get my car cleaned prior to selling and this is what I get in return.A bunch of crumbs wiped and covered under the “clean” carpets. I feel scammed.

Have been here twice now I wanted to give the place a second shot. Got the ‘5 star’ wash which should in theory be great. Unfortunately streaks everywhere, water marks throughout. I had to redo my interior windows it was so bad. I’m not sure what they are dressing the tires with but they don’t look good at all. Save your money and do it yourself!

Although the line of cars was fairly long and so the wait was almost 30min on a weekday. I was happy to see that they treat the vehicles with pretty good care. They do a pretty good job on the exterior end. The only negative I would say is that they don’t really dry off your mats after they power was it. So you’re relying on natural evaporation which isn’t terrible but could be a problem for some. Cost is also very reasonable but do note that this isn’t a detailing, more like a very thorough cleaning.

I usually visit Oakville Denny’s Car wash every two weeks to get a 5 star cleaning done. I visited the Oakville location on Aug 2nd around 5:30 pm. When my car was ready I noticed that the front passenger seat was not vacuumed properly and still visibly had sand. I asked the guys to vacuum it. I looked at the back briefly it seemed fine so I left. When I got home I noticed that multiple part of my car was not vacuumed and had sand still. I also noticed that the upholstery in my trunk has been damaged. I couldn’t take the car back as they closed at 6pm. I vacuumed my car again after paying $55 for this service. I contacted the manager Anthony on the following day and left him a voice mail. No respond. I called him on Aug 4th, connected with him and sent him picture to show him my concern. He said he will call me back once he received the pictures. Nobody reached out to me since and today is Aug 10th. I give the manager a chance to correct my negative experience before I decided to share it on Google. Very disappointed how this was handled. I was not looking for a freebie but at least he could of offered to vacuum the car at an other occasion. I won’t be using this location again.

Not sure my Highlander is a large" SUV like a Suburban or Navigator but they do a very good job. Very happy with the service. Will be back for sure."

Don't even think of going for their 5-star service. It is at best a 1-star service. Went their for the 50 bucks 5-star service, was pure waste of $25 I should say.I think the pictures speak for themselves. Six people working on a car and nothing gets done. And they didn't even touch the tire, the 5-star service claims to do a tire dressing and wheel brightener. I took the pictures immediately when I reached a parking spot near by.
