these people go out of their way to harass you regardless of how many times you tell them you aren’t interested. I work 2 stores over and they know and recognize that but go out of their way to be sassy offering me samples and then mocking me when tell them no thanks. I also regularly hear them harassing elderly people from inside the store i work at

Was walk by when got compliments on my skin and ask what I used, which she than processed to ask me to come in and try something asking if I still had anyone I needed to shop for female wise just being friendly I said my mom and sister she then proceeds on showing me something completely diffrent and usless for your nails, which i said i dont really have the money for, to which she still tries to make a sale off me..I hear my mom trying something else for her hands and I try to get us out of there before we're brought to the counter, which failed, as they were trying to use my pregnancy as a bargaining tool to lower the costs, it felt like we didn't have a choice in buying the products and eneded up still paying almost $200 for two items we didn't even want.. we went back to try and return it but it was finale sale which they did not tell us just put a stamp on the receipt.. Even after my mom told them she was allergic to the stuff she tried (she had itchy red hands) they won't take them back just gave ud an exchange for the one by giving us two of the usless nail packages we got before... they need to learn no means no and to not pressure people into buying even after saying They can't afford it.

Such a scam!!! Today, I went to the mall, hoping to go clothes shopping. Instead, I was interrupted by a man who was giving free samples. Very pushy staff, even though I mentioned multiple times that I was busy and had to go. The sample made my skin feel soft, but didn’t actually change anything. I felt extreme peer pressure and was almost forced to purchase their product. When I wanted to leave with the product I purchased, the man mentioned that he wanted to introduce a skin professional even though I had to leave. When she came in, she gave so many fake compliments and made me come in a room with her to find even more useless products. The price was insane, listing $6000-$12000. She told me that it would only take 5 minutes, instead it took about 30 minutes. I did some research, and it turns out that most of the 5 star reviews are fake. Also, the products are bad for your skin and will make things worse. Some products are just glue! Again, I felt so peer pressured and I will not be shopping here again.

Update: it's been 5 years and I still have debt collection agencies harassing me, despite a police report stating Oro Golds error"Wish I could give 0 stars. As I walked past the store 3 years ago

I was passing by in the mall and stopped when I was offered a hand cream sample. One employee then lured me into the store by motioning for me to come in. I agreed, assuming it would only be a quick interaction. This employee then slathered a product onto my arm without asking me first and proceeded to give me unsolicited skincare advice. Whatever product the employee had put on my arm started to burn and irritate my skin, and it's important to note that some people could have allergies/intolerances - employees should definitely be asking permission beforehand. Once I was able to come up with an excuse to leave the store, the employee seemed to have an attitude and dropped their customer service act (even though I wasn't an actual customer to begin with). This experience turned me completely off of the idea of actually shopping here. The store should come up with a better method of reeling in customers.

First off, I didn’t even want to be pulled into the store but they said they wanted “to show me something” I just wanted to shop lol not be harassed. I said no multiple times but it was always some excuse. I ended up buying a 150$ worth of product and it made me break out worse than I ever have in my life, so disappointing that I can’t even get a refund. Disgusting business

How many times do I need to say stop asking me before they finally listen? The employees are horrible and pushy. When you say no and they keep trying to ask you questions? Might as well be considered harassment at this point. I literally work two stores over yet they harass me every single day!! I’m at the point where I’m going to contact the mall security because this is ridiculous

Horrible experience with this store. I was passing by the store today and this happened for the second time when i was literally given the fake customer service and compliments ans was forced to try the products. She said it would take 1 minute but she wasted my 30 minutes. I would say please avoid them at any cost. The price of the product was around 600 and she reduced it to 160 to trap me into buying it. And when i said no i could see how their face changes and they instantly show disgust as they failed to trap us and make fool of us. Both of the times this happened with me that when i refused to buy them they made faces and their fake customer service ends there. Please avoid them they would tell you we have special deals offers and all kind of traps, dont fall into them.
