Offered free delivery for a month during points day. All three orders we were charged the delivery fee. Had to call multiple times in order to get a resolution. We also noticed on our credit card, each order we were charged a few dollars more then what is on our invoice. No reason for the extra charge. They assume no one is checking so they can get away with additional charges.

Good store great choices and value. Though several times I have been attracted by advertised specials that are sold out. Good store but shop specials early so you are not disappointed.

Had everything that I was looking for. One downfall is that they don't have baskets for carrying only a few items. Would be helpful for seniors or disabled. The lady working in the Joe Fresh department was very helpful when I was looking for a straw hat. Id go back to shop again.

I like the convenience of the superstore but I keep getting chicken that is already clearly expired, I can even smell it through the package. When I pay 10$ for 6 thighs I don't expect them to come already rancid.

The store is lovely. So many options from fresh deli to clothing to pharmacy. My family comes here to expand our experiences with different brands and we enjoy walking around to see what they have for clothing.Although we enjoy it here, the prices are a bit high for us during this economy but none the less we will come here once in a while. Customer service is always lovely and they have so much parking which is awesome.

Can you pic up a prescription and saw a sale sign on electric bikes. Spoke with Ali I think he was an Assistant Manager trainee. He was great. He found the product I wanted in back (needed 2) and he helped get them to cashier and into our vehicle. He made sure we got the bonus PC points and was very knowledgable regarding anything we had questions on.Loved the sale but will return because of the great customer service from Ali.

My PC EXPRESS order wasn’t ready for the delivery guy. No one called him or I to say so. I called and was told it would be later than my original 7-8 time. I heard nothing and called at 9:15pm to be told a mistake was made and my order was given to someone else! I only found out cuz I called, not once did I receive courtesy of a call. This same store has missed numerous items from previous orders, gotten items wrong, didn’t follow instructions and on one occasion forgot to send the non refrigerated items with my order. There have been at least 4 times where this store has messed up in a big way. The level of incompetence is staggering. I will never order from or shop there again. The last time I went in person an employee in the butcher department was shouting and shaming a man walking away saying he had stolen beef and for all the customers to know this is why grocery prices are high. So not only are they incompetent some employees are completely mean and immature as well. I hope something is done and they can find competent employees. They should discard their whole delivery system until they can find people capable of doing it. What a nightmare.**update: the next morning I spoke to an employee named Nora in that department, and she was very apologetic and helpful and had my order re-picked and sent out almost right away and called to let me know it was being delivered and apologized. I upped my review to 2 stars since I know there is at least one employee there who is trying to do a good job.

This is my favourite place to shop. The best place to go for fresh produce. Love all the ready to eat dinner options. All displays and side aisles are perfect. Meat counter is very clean.Staff is friendly and helpful. This store manager and team should be commended for the amazing consistency provided for the customers.Also, such a drastic difference from Oxford and Hyde Park location.
