I applied online Renewal passport on website if there any issues in information or requirements it won't accept but i tryed 4 time every time is accepting my fingers print farm and rejection after accepting and fees charged how should I know what happened how come website accepting if there an any issues in first now they're asking me to go embassy as everyone knows there is no embassy how can I go Vancouver embassy from calgary I called Vancouver embassy they also want me to come and do my fingers print because the said there was issues in our website its not your fault still you have to come waooo

I had a disappointing experience with the Pakistani Consulate. Unfortunately, the staff seemed inexperienced and unaware of their responsibilities. Moreover, their treatment towards me was disrespectful and unprofessional. I encountered instances where they hung up on me during phone conversations. Additionally, the physical environment of the place left much to be desired. The national documents on display appeared to lack the quality one would expect. Overall, I was left unimpressed with the consulate's services.

Being dual citizen of Canada and Pakistan, we went to Consulate yesterday -June 6, 2022, to renew our passports. Office opened exactly on time and we were asked to sit in a comfortable room. Passport officer Mr. Samad Khan informed that he will start at 10.00 am as it is mentioned on the website. We were first in line and were in Mr. Samad's office exactly at 10.00 am.We had three passports to changed from manual to machine readable. Mr. Khan incorporated all info in the system for all three passports. He was very well organized, accurate, quick and very much clear about his work. Everything was done efficiently, proffessionaly and friendly manner. We were done well within stipulated time of 45 minutes. Mr. Naushad at reception was also very much friendly and welcoming.We appreciate great service by the Consulate office in general and of Mr. Samad Khan in particular.Thank you Pakistan.

I went with my dad today. The front desk lady Sabina greeted very pleasantly and told us to proceed to the concerned counter for getting the power of attorney documents attested. Mr Naushaat Sb walked me through the documents that had to be filled very patiently and got the work done in a seamless manner.It was my first experience today and it was great!

Service was fast.Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating!Big shout to Abdul Samad bhai in the passport office!

I recently visited the passport office to apply for a new passport and was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency of the staff. The process was smooth and straightforward, and the staff were very helpful in answering any questions I had. I was able to complete my application, which was much faster than I had anticipated. Overall, I had a very positive experience at the passport office and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of passport services.

Recently got my power of attorney attested. Overall experience was very good. They were very helpful. Responded to calls and emails as early as possible. Overall process went smooth and fast. I am impressed.

Absolutely useless place. Basically same behaviour you would see in pakistan where a bunch of dudes sit around for hours at a time with their legs in the desk drinking tea and not doing much else. Pathetic. Even with simple matters these useless workers take weeks to do or mostly do not attempt at all.
