Vancouver Pet Centre (Vanpet New West)
Great pet store in Royal Square Mall. They had a huge selection of raw food and kibble for dogs and cats. They also had a huge selection of treats. I was really happy to see a ton of local brands. They carry dried sardines from Earth Paws. They are a local company and the only company to remove sodium from the fish.

I was in here Wednesday, May 24th, around 1:29 pm. When I walked into the store front, two young women and one young man were all standing around talking at the register. Now, that's fine; but when an employee turns and looks at me and I respond with a hello" and get nothing back

Vancouver Pet Centre (Vanpet New West)
The store is small but has lots of selection and great pricing on some of the items over other stores. My last visit, however, left a bad taste in my mouth. The manager (or some sort of supervisor at the very least) made some very transphobic comments about someone that works at a nearby shop. Very disrespectful and offensive. I don't think I'm going back.

Our family regularly shops at Vanpet New West for our dogs, and have always found their staff to be courteous, friendly and helpful. They carry high quality dog food, and treats and the location is very convenient.

Very knowledgeable staff! Amazing products and prices as well. Aniza is a great worker and always finds what I am looking for (for my dog, and hamster!). 20/10 recommend this place.

Always such an unpleasant experience to buy something in that store, they always look like they don't want to be there or they don't want to serve you!And I am not talking only about a personal feeling I have, my wife feels the same, my two friends feel the same.People, if you feel so bad working there go get a job somewhere you may like it more!You don't need to ruin people's days giving such a miserable service!

Vancouver Pet Centre (Vanpet New West)
Love this place. I used to use other pet supplies stores but the people here are just way more knowledgeable. There’s been a few times I’ve been at a loss with my cat or dog and the manager (pink hair) has had such simple solutions to help me. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. It feels like I’m seeing friends every time I go in. I recommend this place to everyone because they have the best knowledge for pets. 100% recommended.

This is where we buy our pet food - the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and bonus if you buy 9 bags of pet food the 10th one is free - they also give free treats for fido at the counter.
