Do not trust this post office location. Dropped off amazon return right into hands of postal clerk and it didn't even get initial scan. Lost my return. Never had issue with pre paid Amazon drop offs at any other Canada Post location

THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING POST SERVICE, THEY ARE SELLING TO YOU THEIR CHEATERS.should give ZERO star if there was. went for sending out some paper stuff, the sales guy gave me the wrong advice and sold to me extra unnecessary canada post service, cost more than double! went back after I figured it out, another asian man with frozen face said because I took their wrong advice they couldn't fix the issue! Never experienced such worse business. So if you are not 100 percent know what service/how much you need to buy, do not go to this place, they can cheat you at your own cost.

Have been using this location since moving to the neighborhood in 2019. Always friendly and helpful staff. Great place to pick up your Amazon shipment and do a return. Lots of help when using MoneyGram

Friendly, fast-service, and an overall good experience. I used to go to the post office in Madison Centre (closer to me) however, the extra distance is totally worth it! Goes to show just how important having good customer service is. I keep coming back to this location.

Unprofessional people in this post office. They need proof of the address from Ontario which I lived 2 years ago to fwd my mails to BC . Proof of my ID and my current address were not enough for them to fwd my mails. Mails are under my name I don't understand why they need proof of the address from ON for 2 years ago. I have updated my documents to BC.

Friendly, fun, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Every visit is always a pleasant one. Monday mornings can be busy so better to come an hour or so after they open then you do not have to wait as long. Or buy the prepaid flat rate boxes, if sending packages (that's what I do) Those boxes are fabulous because it's all paid for and you can prepare the addresses at home! Then drop the packages off and skip the line ups. I just place my packages on the side counter. Let the staff know it's there and they input it in when the line is done. So easy and saves time :))

It is true regarding the grandpa. Today, I was at the post office and he was very impatient with a woman. It is very rude. I just decided to go to another post office where the staff lady seems to be more relaxed and sympathetic. By the way, he is lucky not to work in France, over there, people would just respond you back.

A grumpy Asian grandpa works at this Canada Post office. He is rude, impatient and unfriendly. Why does he still have a job when he is not customer friendly at all? Please teach him how to treat others with respect.

Perfect no nonsense post office with FlexDelivery. Only new mail service users would leave a bad review, seriously do your research before you use any post office because it saves everyone time.
