I purchased a beautiful bar cart from IHI. I have no problems with this company or their products, however, I do have a problem with their furniture repair person, Scott Wilson. I recently hired him to refinish a table and 6 chairs and the finish on the table top has not held up. I've tried numerous times to contact him to discuss my concerns however he has never returned my calls, emails or texts. I even called international home interiors and discussed my concerns with the quality of his work and asked for a call back from Scott. I have not heard back. He will not stand behind his work, do not gore him!!I'm very disappointed In the quality of his work and unprofessional manner.I would not recommend to anyone to have furniture repaired by Scott Wilson

Highly highly recommend if you're looking for both comfortable and well designed furniture. I've been dealing with Scott at International Home Interiors for a few years now and have purchased multiple pieces (couches, sectionals, sideboards, art, etc.). We always leave a happy customer, and they'll do anything to make sure we're taken care of. We even had an issue where a couch wouldn't fit down our stairs, and after a few attempts at trying, Scott brought the piece of furniture back and helped us select and deliver a new model. Great service and products!

Just purchased Computer Table to install on my husband’s Stressless recliner. Always a wonderful experience shopping in this store. Our salesman, Scott Wilson, went above and beyond in assisting me with the installation. I was most impressed with his service. We love our Stressless recliners and highly recommend Scott for his professionalism and kindness.

Visited this store for the first time this week and I was really impressed. I wish I'd gone in sooner!Very unique and beautiful looking furniture. Some odd the dining sets were so unique and a little retro. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and let me know the materials can all be customized and then he let me walk around and take a look at everything. I didn't feel hassled or pressured at all.I was just browsing for this first visit but I know I'll be coming back here.

We recently purchased two Stressless recliners and ottomans and a two seater Stressless sofa. Scott was so helpful in sizing the recliners ( my wife needed a small and I needed a large with custom lifts to accommodate my height) he helped with the selection of the grade of leather and the colours for the furniture and negotiated a fair price. After the sale they kept us advised of the progress in the furniture build and arranged white glove delivery (no boxes bags etc. left behind) Dennis and Cody made the delivery and set everything up and even applied felt floor protector pads for us.After they left we noticed the ottomans were not swiveling freely and called Scott to ask about it and he had Dennis and Cody come right back to apply lubricant and resolve the issue.The next day I found the chair to be just a bit too high for me to easily swivel to get out and Scott was going to send Cody back but instead l had him instruct me over the phone how to remove one of the custom lift rings from the recliner and ottoman (which fully resolved the issue) He arranged for a full refund of the extra lifts.I can’t say enough about the quality of the product, the staff and the customer service! I would highly recommend checking them out.

We purchased furniture from International in 2009 included was a Sressless chair. This past week the mechanism that operates the seat/back recliner on the Stressless broke down. I called the store for assistance and within 5 minutes they had their service department Scott call back to tell me he would be at our home within two hours to fix the chair under warranty.Job well done to a retailer that knows the value of service.Philip and Mary

BUYER BEWARE. I highly recommend you DO NOT purchase anything at International Home Interiors at 1373 Victoria Street North, Kitchener, Ontario. I purchased a $3,000 IMG off white power swivel rocker recliner for my 83 year old mom in September 2017. She has a bad back and I wanted her to have a comfortable recliner to rest in. The chair use was minimal as she still prefers her old chair. In August 2018, my mom noticed a stain coming through on the leather in the upper right corner of the seat. We called and visited International Home Interiors and were told they have a leather cleaner we need to use. It did not work, nothing came off on the cleaning cloth. Then told us to use a white cloth and some Ivory soap. Nothing came up on the cloth. It appears there is an issue inside the chair and the blue stain is coming through from the inside. We made MANY visits to the store, MANY emails, and MANY phone calls. After months of trying to get a resolution to the problem, two people showed up to look at the chair. They told my mother she spilled water in the corner and sat in her jeans. My mother does not wear jeans. Nothing was spilled on the chair. The warranty on the chair is 5 years with 2 years on the leather. To date, we have NO resolution. Save yourself a lot of headaches. DO NOT buy anything from International Home Interiors or any IMG products. They DO NOT stand behind their products. They would get ZERO stars if that was an option.

Scott was very knowledgeable, patient and fair with price when we purchased a Stressless recliner.

Well, first of all, I work here. So in my biased opinion, this store carries some of the finest, and unique furniture in the region. We pride ourselves in the quality, and variety of our choices. Generally the store carries furniture from transitional, to contemporary designs. Many colour and configuration options as well. The sales staff also, again in my opinion, is personable and knowledgeable. Come in and see what we have to offer.
