Shame on you L'Actuel - Front desk staff is rude and not professional. They text on their phones, laugh together and entertain private conversations while patients are waiting on line to be attended to. When we phoned up the clinic, the receptionists were obnoxious, confrontational and not helpful. In addition, front desk staff is arrogant and they have no hesitation lecturing" the patients in front of everyone ! - The emergency clinic is disorganized and total mess. The lack of ethical conduct in this clinic and their verbal abuse to patients are concerning. Our tax money should not support this organization."

You know, I thought the service there was excellent. But now, they give you no service. I was told to go and see my doctor and it is literally impossible to see my doctor, you have to wait 6 months or so to see him even if it is for an emergency. You telephone and the line is always busy.Dr. O'Brien had told me that if i ever had a flare-up of what I have, was to make an appointment and I would get the treatment and get the medication. I haven't been to this clinic in 10 years and it should make no difference at all. The operators are not the doctors and should not treat you like dirt when you speak with them. They are there to make the appointment for you and not tell you to go elsewhere. There is NO SERVICE in this god-damn province what so ever.

In the last year, I’ve visited l’actuel with a friend or partner who was White Canadian and each time we have had significantly different experiences. In my experience the doctors, nurses and receptionists have been unprofessional, provided poor medical service and acted rude/careless. I used to visit l’actuel much more often years ago and realize now why I stopped going

This place is amazing! Lots of low reviews cause of hold times which is valid I missed a call and have been on hold for over an hour but if you go you'll understand why. These people are sooo busy and doin their best. There isn't enough funding for places like this which needs to change!Amazing doctors and nurses,. Councillors are also amazing

Been trying to book an appointment since December and wait and wait on hold and no one replies. I am convinced that the calls are going to a telephone line that is not being answered by anyone.

55 minutes wait to speak to a person for 2minutes to make an appointment…. Fix it this is ridiculous…I wasn’t even able to make an appointment, I’ll have to call again.Get a better system, phone team being overwhelmed isn’t an excuse.Still not an excuse, I waited 1full hour on the line for an appointment, clearly your system isn’t up to date and needs work.Where are the solutions? I hear excuses that’s about it….

I've had great experiences at L'Actuel in the past. The doctor I had was very compassionate and patient in answering all my questions when I was very anxious. This being said, I'm trying to make an appointment and have been sitting on the line for over an hour - does reception not pick up the phone? Do I need to walk in to schedule an appointment? Please help!

This clinic is fantastic if you’re thankful that we have free healthcare. These people working there are compassionate if you go there looking for help. If you go there expecting the world you’ll be let down, it’s free healthcare people. Went in person, for the walk in, MASSIVE LINE. Walked to the front, booked an appointment. Came back for my appointment and they helped me within minutes of being there. In and out problem solved in 15 minutes.Book an appointment; don’t bother with the walk in.
