Sonia Martinez was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and had great taste and advice. I can’t recommend enough!

One associate was really rude and impatient, she kept asking me to make a decision because she would like to take care of other customers. I never force her to stick around nor promise to buy anything.Another associate was nice and approached me later on to check the sizes for me but the store doesnt have it. The same first associate walked by and reminded me again that I need to make a decision.I just find it really sad that this branch has such petty staff and Id not visit this location ever again

Too bad I couldn’t put 0 star. The manager is rude. I bought Harry Rosen gloves in leather for 200$, dropped one in the water and the quality became horrible. They asked me the leave the gloves to try to fix. No one called after a week I went back there by myself and nothing changed. They couldn’t care less. Don’t go to that store.

I needed dress shirts and looked at Harry’s selection and purchased 2 of each of their Harry Rosen Fine Twill Cotton and Jacquared Slim Fit dress shirts are they are perfect. Excellent quality and price and I am very picky about my dress shirts. Furthermore I ordered twice and each delivery was was communicated in a clear manner, arrived on time, packaged in a luxurious way with a lovely envelope and receipt. Unlike some retailers, these shirts had never been touched, worn nor opened before, they were brand new in their packaging. Lastly, I received an email follow up from their e-commerce team to ensure that everything was to my complete satisfaction. Harry Rosen has me believing that customer service in Luxury still exists , and as a result they have a customer for life. Well done Harry! כל הכבוד!

The worse customer service I have experienced at a luxury store. Their sales reps judge you based on what you are wearing. They were free and roaming around and not one greeted us or asked if we needed help with anything. I was in the market for a pair of dress shoes, my friend and I waited at the shoe section for over 15 minutes, a few reps waked by, looked at us and walked away. I am glad I walked a few steps further to Holt, their customer service was impeccable and I found my dream pair of dress shoes there. I will never walk into this location again.

I special ordered a Tom Ford bow tie for a wedding on May 23rd. I live in Ottawa and was assured it would be delivered to my house with adequate time before the date. I paid for the item, and surprisingly I did not receive any e-mail confirmation and there was no follow-up. After three weeks I called customer service as I was getting nervous and was told the item was not in-stock and that it has been returned in credit. After voicing my displeasure I was told I now need to go to a Harry Rosen downtown, (which also requires paying for parking) just so I can get a refund. Thank you for wasting my time and money, I will be taking my business to a retailer with better customer service standards.

Worse customer service ever. Online purchase. After two hand washes the BOSS joggers became dull and faded in some places. First contact was made on February 2. Three calls and 10 emails sent. Still nothing. The problem was confirmed and the item was sent back. But no refund and no sorry compliments received until March 13. The only phone answer is they work on it. Harry Rosen is a high-luxury retail store in Montreal. What distinguishes them is their customer care and attention to detail. Every time I come, I am welcomed and offered refreshments.The fidelity program has some excellent rewards. The website is user-friendly, and the interior design of the store is modern and inviting.My advisor Thierry gives professional help and is an agreeable person reflecting my perception of the whole staff I have encountered so far.

Although there were a few bumps in getting me most of the items, they made good efforts to take ownership of these issues. Staff are friendly and respectful towards their customers.
