Great Northern Insulation

Ryan, Gracie and Ethan sprayed cellulose insulation into my attic. They were incredible. Polite, professional and they fully covered everything with plastic and cardboard before they started. There was almost no dust or mess when they were done. A+ job and service!

My review is in two sections. First the service crew and office staff. I set up appointments with Crystal. She was pleasant answered all my questions (even the silly ones). Sam and Cam were the installation crew. They were prompt pleasant and professional. I read other reviews complaining about dust and marks where the hose rubbed? Let's be reasonable here folks they are blowing insulation - fine particles are going to be everywhere. These guys protected the corners from hose marks and covered as much as they could with plastic. But i still ran our vacuum after they left. It's just common sense.The second part is the actual work and product. Like most homeowners I don't want to crawl around my attic (that's why I hired someone) so I don't really about the coverage and weather they left gaps at the eaves and such. But insulation is insulation...the cost was reasonable and the work done in a timely manner. What more does a customer want.One side thought - cause we people don't get up to the attic often and the fact that cameras are cheap and built into phones a couple of before and after photos would be a nice touch and peace of mind for the customer

Very friendly crew, we had our insulation topped up from ~r20 to ~r60. The job was scheduled for the morning and the crew were on time, they did however have an equipment issue and had to wait for another truck to come out to finish the job. This made the process 1-2h longer than originally intended.There was some damage done to one of our ceiling pot lights however they have been very pleasant to work with and repair this damage! It's always important to keep in mind that people make mistakes and things can be fixed.Overall I would recommend.

Jermaine & Jamal helped us with our attic insulation today. They were both very professional, on time, cleaned up and provided a nice summary with pictures. We are pleased with the service and would recommend Great Northern Insulation!

A very professional and seamless preparation of the attic space with soffit venting and setup and finally have R60 attic insulation blown in. Rachelle, Gracie, and Sammy did a fantastic job!!! Jermaine and Harpreet were very courteous and clean. They performed their work of insulating the attic in a very profressional manner. Clean up was great.Would use this company through Costco again.

Attic insulation was done to top me up to R60 or higher. Gracie, Germaine, and Jamal were super friendly and professional and got the job done cleanly (and quietly!). Quote was super detailed and price was decent as well. I would use Great Northern Insulation again. Absolutely no complaints. Book early, they are busy!

Jermaine and Ryan came by to work on attic insulation and blower-door draft-proofing for us. They communicated their work to us and helped us understand the crucial parts of the house that needed work, allowing us some time to clear our clutter to free up the space for them.They took the time to protect our furnitures and bedroom from dust. And they cleaned up before they left. They were courteous and punctual.
