I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and her Pilates lessons. She has a wonderful way of pushing me and getting me to challenge myself while also taking great care with me. I have come along way in terms of my strength and flexibility, but especially in terms of my body awareness. Totally recommend Michelle!

My Pilates lesson with Michèle is the highlight of my week! She is an excellent teacher...very patient, respects my limits and needs, explains the techniques very well and has a great sense of humour. Most of all, I can really feel the results. Those little subtle movements have a big impact! And her studio is gorgeous!

I love Pilates with Michèle , she is patient , knowledgeable , kind , her expertise and credentials very impressive . Michèle is a gem of a teacher! I am grateful to have found such a a devoted instructor with teaching methods that are easy to understand. The studio is beyond equipped , clean and safe . This is medicine for the mind ,spirit and body !! I definitely highly recommend Pilates by Michèle !!!

Beautiful studio in idyllic location. The studio is fully equipped with pilates equipment. Everything you need is there.Sessions with Michèle are excellent - challenging and fun. I highly recommend.
