A wonderfully welcoming environment. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and always speak to you like a friend and not just like another customer. Nobody likes going to the dentist but when you have to this is the place to go! 6 stars!

Everyone in the office is very kind and very considerate. They are also very helpful. I am a senior and they help you out on your coat and assist you to your chair and also offered me help down to my vehicle. The girls are wonderful and my dentist is very helpful. There prices are high but when I told them I only have so much money to spend each year on dental care they gave me a refund on my first visit. Much to my surprise it was very grateful.

Absolutely love this place. Had to go multiple times within a few months and all staff was always so kind. My anxiety’s were always understood and accommodated. Have recommended this place to my family members and will be taking my son there in the future. The dentist I had there, absolutely wonderful, my teeth look great and he made me feel safe and comfortable.

Very professionally run practice. The hygienists, and Dr. Patel, are friendly and professional. They explain what is happening and make me feel like I am part of the experience. When I had a minor problem a few years ago (gum recession), they recommended more frequent cleaning, and as a result, my gums are back to tip-top condition. When I had a small lesion inside my lip, Dr. Patel referred me to the Oral Surgeon, which was the right decision. I am very comfortable having this practice reviewing and cleaning my teeth and gums every six months.

I come from north Edmonton just to keep this office. Am welcomed warmly coming in and the excellent service just continues.Staff is friendly and very caring. Always asking about pain and comfort when I'm in the chair. Sparkling clean offices! Everyone is so friendly!! I will never leave this Dental Office! I've always been happy with my dentists and service elsewhere, but this office is just above and beyond. I would recommend them for everyone, kids and adults!

Dr. Milne was wonderful. Concerned about my comfort-he explained everything very well and had time to answer questions. He is very attentive to detail- he takes time and does everything very carefully .very skilled.He has a sense of humour and makes you feel relaxed.

Last month I chipped a tooth and Dr. Holzman called me back in the evening on a weekend to advise on treatment the next week. Effective initial treatment that allowed me to go ahead with a 3-week travel plan. Then back in to see him for permanent fix. Very comfortable procedure and in and out in one hour. Many thanks, Doc.

Dr. Milne is an amazing Dentist, very knowledgeable and extremely good at what he does. He takes the time to make you comfortable and at ease, explains the procedure and why he's doing it. Dr. Milne has gone above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful to have found him!

Although Sherwood Dental tends to be a little pricier than other dental offices, it's worth it to be in a completely comfortable, welcoming, and informative space. My hygienist, Melanie, did an outstanding job. They were very personable, gentle, kind, and talked me through everything - happy to answer any questions I had. I wouldn't usually do the 6mos follow-up, but I'd be happy to come back to receive Melanie's services. Dr. Patel is always a pleasure, they ask questions and actually listen to you. I don't hesitate to take their dental advice and return year over year for their services. The front end staff is nothing short of amazing - whether you're on the phone with them or in-person, they're extremely efficient, know what they're talking about, welcoming, and kind! Great teamwork!
