If I could give a negative 1000 rating on this store, I would. Tried to grab some sale items with coupons for donations and nothing but issues. Pure incompetence, making up their own rules as they go which are never posted.

So my girlfriend just came back and said how upset and uncomfortable she felt because she was followed over the entire supermarket by an employee or manager. Is that is how you treat paying customers??? I don’t even want to play the race card but WE WOULD NEVER BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!!

My favourite grocery store in town. They have nice variety of fresh vegetables and halal meat options. And Thursday morning is the best time to shop there as the sales for the week starts and everything on sale is stocked up. On weekend everything on sale is pretty much gone.

Less than 4 hours after this week's sales start .. Things like butter are gone. Or were they simply pulled off the shelf.. Unbelievable. Paid over $9.00 for 4 liters of milk and 1 liter of half & half. They don't price match with Shoppers Drug Mart. Even though both are owned by Loblaws.

It's Always busy. The produce looks fresh and prices are good.I am only giving it 4 stars because of the $1 carts. Most people don't carry cash with them anymore - this needs to stop. And I can't imagine that many people are stealing carts that you need to put the $1 gizmo on the cart. Even Food Basics doesn't have any coin operation on their carts anymore. It's 2023, not 1995.

It’s the most cost effective grocery store in Milton. Recent spike in prices have also affected this store. My groceries have jumped from $200 to $300 per 8-10 days for 6 adults. Still you will be better off here. The store has narrow aisles for two way traffic and occasional refilling carts with employees. The best time to shop is early mornings in week days.

We came here on a Sunday morning at 8am when they opened. We have been coming here for years and the availability is usually very consistent. Photos posted are during corona quartine outbreak and even so I appreciate how the store still had toilet paper and even has a max limit per customer which is great so it allows other customers the chance at stocking up
