Harman made me feel very welcome when beginning my search for the best dress shoe today. I looked around and found a couple of pairs to try and she came back to ensure I was all good. She answered my questions and again was very welcoming. What a great visit. I even bought a nice pair of shoes! :-) Welcome to Canada Harman, we love you!

Went in looking for comfy street/school shoes and walking sandals. Didn't have a great selection of affordable sandals, but a they had so many cute casual shoes! It was hard to decide. But the nicest part was the sales woman, she helped out my mom and I several times, had tons of information on all the shoes and really helped us make our decisions. She never seemed rushed to get away from us and was very pleasant, such a nice suprise in the world of customer service these days!I will definitely go back next time I need more shoes.

The store manager (Lisa) at this location is awful. If something is too much of a headache" for her to deal with she will refuse to assist you and walk away from you and ignore you. Shop at the multiple other shoe stores in the mall or shop online."

great selection but noticed when trying on shoes many boxes had obviously pre worn out of store shoes in them selling them as new. I needed suit shoes and was in rush I found one decent pair luckily . if I had time to shop elsewhere I would of to be honest. Bad experience for a first time buyer at Shoe Company

Ordered shoes from the Kelowna store and they sent me a completely different shoe. I ordered a pair of purple Blowfish MARLEY sneakers. Not a light pink pair of their fruit sneaker. Even on the receipt it looked like I would of gotten a green pair of the marley sneakers anyways if they had sent the correct" order.Extremely disappointed! I guess that's what I get for not ordering off of Amazon. Will be returning and buying from another store.*Update* Went and switched the correct shoes from the Kelowna store. Kym was very nice and I just wanted to give her a shout out."

Was recently at the Kelowna shoe company Dilworth location. The manager Lisa still has a very poor attitude with my wife who is an ex employee. We were being served by another cashier and attempted to have a conversation with us when we mentioned we had new jobs she had a horrible attitude and I'll note customers were behind us and said oh were going to go into that again hey?. Yeah we are are excited about our new employment opportunities and our life if she can't move on and have better customer service perhaps you need to find a manager who can act in a more professional manner because that's completely unacceptable considering she is in a management position. This is exactly why we avoid that location we will be sure never to bring business there in the future and do our business in the vernon location. This is
