Do not use this company. We chose them because of their excellent reviews on their website, but after further investigating, I am guessing they are not real reviews. They gave us very misleading quotes (quoted $1500 to move from Ontario to Vancouver, ended up being over $4000), we received zero communication throughout the whole process, had our stuff arrive 3 weeks late so we slept on an air mattress in an empty apartment for that time. They also offered no compensation or any sort of customer service on their end. By the end of the ordeal, my bar was so low that I was happy when it even showed up and only a few things were broken. Do yourself a favour and rent a u-haul!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.BEWARE. We used this company to move from ON to BC. They gave us a date for a 3 week move time frame which ended up taking 7 weeks! We were in our new place with no furniture or belongings for an entire month and they didnt seem to care at all, just ket saying one more week....We also had itms missing and were charge for a $50 tv box we never received. Also the first movers demanded bottled water, saying the tap water wasnt cold enough, asking if id go out and buy big bottles" in the middle of our move. Overall a very stressful and unpleasant experience. We wish we went with another company and hope no one else has to experience this! AWFUL"

the worse experience for ever !here is my story :pick up date was awesome, everything was very smooth, I have told it takes 14 business days to move my stuff from Toronto to Vancouver, they started making excuse of COVID situation that their staff did not show up, that's why they got delay which was not my business at all, on the other hand I had to extend my hotel stay for longer time, they finally called my my stuff has arrived 2 days before delivery day and as I do live in Cando I had to book elevator, but unfortunately all elevator was booked, I spent entire day bagging them change the delivery day, they just said no it's not possible (super rude guy over the phone !!!!!!!) , anyways we made it somehow to deliver my stuff same day, they were supposed to be here at 9am , but they showed up at 11:30am without any sense that how much stress that I have because of elevator limitation, they finally load my stuff at my place, but they broke my leather Italian chair that I bought 3 months ago and did cost me 3k (it's garbage now and I can not use it), I did get coverage on my account, but when I tried to claimed it they said your coverage is not value based, it's weight based , lol (how trash one company could be!!! ) they never mentioned anything about this type of coverage and I did ask a simple question which they did not have any answer for it which was how can I rely on your staff to not break my expensive stuff since the assumption is every thing should be delivered in good situation? also it's simple to give me refund based on weight
