Restaurant Mille Pâtes
The soup is tasty, the special sea food linguini is also good. However the clams are not fresh and one of them filled with dirt. But the waiter is super nice, he translated the menu for us and waived the linguine.

Unsurprisingly, the pasta was good while the other side dishes were okay. The hidden surprise was the desert which was great; so decadent! If you are in the mood for pasta you can't go wrong with this place. The service is a laid back but very nice.

Handmade pasta to die for. Each dish is excellent and service is excellent. They have a standard menu and a special menu every day. Both excellent! Wine pairings are offered by staff. Reasonable prices. I go as often as I can.

Restaurant Mille Pâtes
Excellent pasta. Very friendly service. I had the tagliatelle special, a wonderful combo of zucchini and short rib in a light sauce. Everyone enjoyed what they got. The tiramisu is also a must have.

The overall dining experience at Restaurant Mille Pâtes was exceptional. The staff's kindness and willingness to accommodate guests who don't speak French made me feel valued and appreciated. The quality and taste of the vegetarian pasta, along with the outstanding tomato soup, exceeded my expectations.I highly recommend Restaurant Mille Pâtes to both locals and visitors. Whether you're a vegetarian or simply appreciate excellent pasta dishes, this restaurant will not disappoint. I cannot wait to return and try more of their delectable offerings. Bravo to the staff for their exceptional service and scrumptious cuisine!

Restaurant Mille Pâtes
Probably the best italian and overall restaurant I've been to in Quebec province! The pasta al dente was al dente to perfection! There was just the perfect amount of sauce in each dish. Not too much, not too little. Everything was so well presented. Service is good. Highly recommend! Fair price. Worth the drive from Montreal.

Awesome pasta, service, ambiance. You can choose your pasta and sauce too. Hundreds of combinations!They also have refrigerated food to take out. Best pasta we have had in St. Jovite.

Very kind waiter who was patient enough to explain the daily specials in English and how to pay (the tipping situation etc). I would highly recommended the seafood pasta, it was the best out of the 5 plates in my group. The creme brûlée is absolutely stellar, the vanilla flavor was amazing and reminded me of the time I spent in Paris and had that same dish

Restaurant Mille Pâtes
This is by far the best restaurant in Tremblant and worth the trip into town if you are staying in the pedestrian village. We started with Bison Tartar which was fantastic and very much elevated by the capers. We also had the best Ceasar salad I've ever had (home made salad dressing in told is the reason). We then had the home made pasta entrees which were fantastic and finished with tiramisu which was beautiful and text book perfection. The owner of Milles Pattes is a perfectionist with every element of his food and you can taste this difference in every bite.
