I’ve seen Dr. Stelsoe on a few occasions and have been extremely satisfied with the experience. He is clearly very knowledgeable and his approach feels much more modern and “current” compared to past chiropractors and physical therapists I’ve dealt with.This logical approach, combined with the effectiveness of the treatments has left me feeling very confident that when I need help with whatever issue (back and shoulder typically), I will see positive results.On a side note, he has a great sense of humour and is a lot of fun to chat with during a session.

Enhanced Wellness Studio
I've been going to Enhanced Wellness for a few years now. Angela Gibson was recommended to me for massage therapy, and I am so thrilled that I've found her, becuase she has been amazing! About a year ago I also began seeing Dr. Kenneth Stelsoe for chiropractic services. Both are extremely knowledgable in their fields, and both have worked wonders on my injuries! I recommend Enhanced Wellness Studio to all my friends & family!

Enhanced Wellness Studio
Have gone to Enhanced Wellness for a number of years for chiropractic treatment and massage therapy. Dr. Stelsoe is excellent. He quickly determines what is causing my pain and tunes me up so I'm pain free. Angela is an excellent massage therapist. Highly recommend Enhanced Wellness.

I had a terrible life altering experience I'd like to expand on with Dr Guillermo.My former partner and I attended couples counseling at this clinic for infidelity. We followed his guidance and he made it clear that there wasn't much purpose to the therapy if there isn't trust and he focused on creating a framework for conversatios between us and frameworks for co parenting.Since trying a new therapist, I have learned that in situations of infidelity, the purpose of the therapy is to find tools and ways to rebuild that trust, and that a lack of trust is completely normal in an affair damaged relationship. Influencing a couple to co-parent was incredibly unethical, and now my former partner is enabled in that train of thought, which greatly affects my relationship with my newborn son (with her). I'm incredibly hurt and broken over my experience with this therapist, I'm sure he's good at some areas in his practice, he soft-spoken and well intentioned, but I cannot recommend him for therapy in the realm of relationships.

Enhanced Wellness Studio
This place has changed my life completely. Dr. Kenneth Stelsoe is the best chiropractor, and I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking chiropractic care. This clinic is such a wonderful environment to seek treatment, the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and overall it is an amazing experience to come here. I have been coming for years and intend to come for many more. Do yourself a favour and book a session here.

Angela has a calm gentle nature making it easy to relax. She listened to my concern and focussed her massage on those areas. She was able to release the tightness in my neck and shoulder allowing me to breath easier after. Her hands provide firm but gentle pressure. One of the best massages I have had!
