LunchBox Orders

Working with LBO has been great. The staff has been wonderful. Any questions or issues, they are answered and looked after immediately. The communication is great as well. I've loved working with Nicole, she is always there and is always communicating. LBO makes it easy for parents to order lunches for their kids.

Lunch Box is the way to go for hot lunch in our school system. Nicole Gundry and her team from Lunch Box Orders is excellent at handling and dealing with the requirements of the job. Our school council has been using Lunch Box Orders for the past two school years. They have taken the hard work out of setting up hot lunches. They work quickly and effectively with both the vendor and the school council to ensure that every student's needs are met. I am a vendor on their online platform. They are a great company to work with! Lunch box handles all the admin for the schools and payments. Their lunch ordering system is so well run that all orders are processed at the highest efficiency. Also, our customer service rep Nicole Gundy is the best!

Our school switched to LunchBox Orders last year and it was the best decision we could have made. It is so easy to order, we can order 1 week or many weeks. The staff are so easy and friendly to work with. I highly recommend them for all schools and camps.

Canceling is difficult. It is super frustrating when you kids become ill and you can't cancel the order for the next day. I liked Lunch Lady a lot more - homemade healthy food in kid sized portions.

Customer Service is a nightmare. Getting refund for canceled orders is very hard. They ask customers to check all bank statements to find out which card was used for payment, instead of processing refund to original method of payment. All other business I've dealt with could see my Credit card type. Dealing with LunchBox Orders is very difficult. Very unprofessional Service.

I have been the food day coordinator at our school for 8 yrs and this is our second full year using Lunchbox. I must say it has been the best move ever especially for all the work that goes into planning lunches for the school. They deal with it all and it gave me more time with my family. I would spend hours at school organizing, counting money, etc. and then hours at home preparing the orders for the vendors and making sure it was alright. Now I just have to do reminders, organize volunteers and be there the day of.Working with our rep has been the best and Lunchbox deals with any issues right away. I highly recommend schools use them for their lunches, milk program and whatever else they might be able to help with.Lunchbox has been a life saver for weekly lunches at our school!!!
