got a good deal on a remnant piece.

Buyer beware ... after constant back and forth settled on a price and requested a deposit prior to measurement, sent 100$ and upon measurement mike came out and proceed to request measurements from me, which that’s why they were coming out, their suppose to be the experts, huge issue with a language barrier, and he made a note he can’t speak very good English .. which I don’t understand after repeated texts and visually going to the store as I had a huge concern at first .. he proceeded to take measurements of the island and got very irate and as soon as I said I don’t think is going to work out he called the sales lady to translate what he was saying which had nothing to do with what was really going on ... he demanded the phone back and walked out of the house .. after calling the store she said he was just going for a smoke and took off with my deposit .. incomplete measurements along with poor customer service .. the lady said she would return the deposit then next day claimed the manager said no .. said she would work it out and come out personally the next day, stated time and she never responded and claimed the next day their sorry not giving back my money and forwarding this information to the manager.. and still no sign of payment or arrangements to completeagain buyer beware !! I have sent all the information text messages along with emails and footage to the fraud department for investigation ..if it sounds to good .. probably a good warning sign !!!!!

I highly recommend Hum Stone Factory Inc. I had an excellent experience from quotation to installation. Mike & Sunny were professional, knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. Less than 7 days from measurement to installation. Love the countertops!

These guys are great!! I have used them for 3 of my kitchens already. Very simple instructions on how they work. They come to measure and exactly in a week the counter is done. They do amazing blends on the waterfalls and all their cuts are single slabs. Unlike I have seen in other kitchens. They are very punctual(15mns ahead of schedule), and very fast in the install process. I also had my own demands and custom work and they followed through very well with the end result. I still have more kitchens to build and I will be using them again and again. As ignorant people commented above, I personally had no issues dealing with them in English. And I got exactly what I wanted every time. Don't want to get personal on this section. But the other 2 reviews were not at all the way this business runs.

Excellent.Installed on time, did extra work to account for my mistakes on one of the base cabinets. Provided great advice regarding sink placement and countertop with sink cut as well as water filter hole location.They did extra work to account for the uneven cabinets and out of square walls.Great price and on time installation as discussed and agreed upon. They cleaned up after and provided very good over all service. I will definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Honestly I read the review , I thought might be not ture , but the lady as sales person was very roud, and the price for same item three time change without any calculations.

Im very satisfied with my new countertop. Service is great with these guys. They come when they say they will and they're efficient. One week turn around time and price is reasonable too. I will be using them again.

I personally had a great experience with Hum Stone. Great stone for great price! We needed countertops for our bathroom renovation so we visited Hum Stone to see what they have. We were greeted by Sunny, whom I believe is the main client facing person there. Sonny communicated well with us. We told her what we were looking for, and she brought us back to the warehouse to see the pieces. She asked all the right questions about measurements, thickness, even gave us advice on if we'd have space for double sinks. We've gotten quotes from other countertop places before, but Sonny gave us the best price.We did not opt-in for delivery and install, Sonny told us up front that since our location is quite far away, they'd rather not deliver for us, if we'd wanted delivery, they would charge for a higher fee. We didn't mind since our contractor would be doing the pickup and install anyway.It seems like the problem for other reviewers are communication issues, where the workers didn't speak fluent English when they were called to measure onsite/delivery etc, which can obviously lead to miscommunications and a bad experience. The problems wasn't about the quality/integrity of the business. Throughout the entire process, Sunny and I communicated in English and it was perfectly fine.I guess if you are just looking for a good place to supply countertops without delivery and install, I would highly recommend this place! Now we have a beautiful vanity with beautiful a beautiful countertop!
