Not very helpful rude won’t be back again and not very Knowledgable.Have been in before for other parts and had great luck but it was a different guy behind the counter just turned me right off the hole Store.

Great experience. My beloved XR Brushless needed a new gear selector switch and just outside of the 90 day return policy. I had it back within a week with a new switch selector and brand new gear and Chuck assembly. A+

Great place to get parts for high end power tools. Not sure if they carry parts for cheap tools. They would not give me any advice or help me diagnose a problem because they said they should get paid for that and didn't want to do it for free. He also said they didn't want to be responsible for recommending a part I didn't need unless they could test it.I get that, it makes sense, but sometimes you just want someone's two cents worth.Turns out I got a trigger switch I didn't need. It was just a defective cord which I didn't know till I had it apart on my bench. I recommend bench testing before buying parts here. I can't vouch for their repair services but the store is well stocked with refurbished tools and has a giant repair shop. They have been in business for many years as well.Thanks for reading this far.

After visiting the store this morning found the Owner to be personal and knowledgeable. I highly recommend people use Tony’s for all their tool purchases and repair needs. I found they are using all the COVID protocols and felt safe during my visit. During this Lockdown it is essential we support and shop local. These guys are really knowledgeable of the tools they sell and are able to deal with the warranty’s and repairs unlike big box stores. They are truly an essential service for all your tool needs.... especially now.Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

I ordered a part for my compressor from this place. I was told it would be 2 weeks to get the part in. They called me in 1 week & said it was in. I picked it up & dealt with Nathen" the owners son. He was very polite & knowledgeable about the business. I would highly recommend this place if you need parts
