I was extremely fortunate to have Scott referred to me. He was told what the problem was over the phone and when he arrived he already had an idea what was causing it. He was correct and ten minutes later the piece causing the problem was removed. He didn’t just go ahead and fix it. First he explained everything in detail and allowed me to make the decision. I found Scott to be very honest, in no way was he condescending, he was very professional, polite and reasonably priced. He could see I was quite upset and also made me laugh a few times. Due to health issues I could not be in the area where the problem occurred and Scott put some laundry soap on the floor and took a broom and swept the water down the drain. This disinfected and removed the water at the same time. He didn’t have to do that but he did to help me out. How very kind of him. I highly recommend Scott to everyone and will phone him again if the need arises.

A few weeks back I got in touch with Scott for my kitchen sink.He sent out a plumber the next day who cleared it up no problem!My apologies for not sending this review sooner!

Scott Best IS THE BEST!!! We thought and it was suggested by others that we would likely have to have our sewer line replaced... $$$$$, etc. Scott came in with his camera and literally showed us that the line was not only clear but that it was in great shape. The toilet was a no-brainer... for him... he quite simply de-calcified the hole in the bowl and voila! Good as new. The kitchen drain - also an easy fix - Scott poured an acid solution (which we already had) down the drain and that was that. Two things impressed us as much as his positive results. 1. He really cares about his work and customer satisfaction and 2. His deep knowledge of how things work and how and why these systems are inter-connected. I'll add one more: he's a great teacher because he's so willing to share this info if you want to hear it. AND AFFORDABLE!!! Kudos Scott! Sincerely, L&M

Water started coming out of our basement bathroom drain when using our washing machine. Tried to find a clog, without success. Contacted Scott after 8pm and by twenty after nine he was in, identified and fixed the problem and was done! Went from not being able to use any water in our house to everything fully functioning! Very appreciative of his services, his price, especially for after hours with no notice service, was extremely reasonable! Would recommend and will be using his services in the future!

We had a severe drain clog that 3 other plumbers were not able to fix, no name and shame, but when our property managers sent Scott Best Sewer Services, he resolved the issue and fully explained the issue.To the others, it seemed like everything was in an inaccessible crawlspace area behind a cement wall, but Scott was able to show that was not the case, he showed were all of our lines are running, and how they can be accessed by himself and others to work on.Once the issue was resolved, he was even able to take a look at and fix a leaking tap very quickly.They sent the Best.
