Bilton Welding and Manufacturing Ltd.

As a current employee, I do feel the need to appreciate just how awesome the people here are to work with.Many of the staff have been very friendly, kind, and compassionate towards my bumbles at times. And I want to point out that they have worked with me, driven me to do better, and we can even joke about some of the incidents I have caused.So I hope that others that work here can appreciate the enviroment as much as myself.I also want to especially note that my direct supervisor, while irritating at times as anyone can be, he has been exceptionally willing to help me develop as a person, his drive to get me to work on tasks that are new, or challenging is inspiring. While we have argued, this has never hurt my opinion of him, or anyone else at the company!I look forward to working here while in school, and developing my skills moving forward!
