Taj, has always assisted me at the panorama SnoreMD location. Providing excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable about the products. She always goes the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. Shout out to Parveen as well for making me feel welcomed and not rushed even though I showed up at the dying seconds of a work day. She and Taj coupled together make one heck of a team. Thank you.

Sleep apnea runs in my family (father, brother, sister) and I have had worsening sleep and health issues for a couple of years so I thought I should be tested. From the moment I phoned Snore MD Panorama Surrey BC to make enquiries to now having completed 2 months of CPAP useage I can say that I couldn't be happier with the care and attention I received from them. I highly recommend them to anyone who might think it possible they may suffer from sleep apnea. As a matter of fact my son did and he also is a satisfied customer/patient. The sooner (younger) you find out the better for your health.

Amazing team at this Panorama clinic. Very knowledgeable had answered to all my question and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Most of all when they said they would do something i.e. call and follow up THEY DID!Finally when an appointment was made for a certain time they were ready for you at that time.As for the Machine it self OMG life changing for me. I am able to sleep through the night and most of all so is my wife as she no longer has to hear me snore.Thank you!!!!

Not sure why my original review gave one star because I found the help from Snore MD Sleep both professional and friendly.They went out of their way to help me test for apnea and try out a cpap machine even though I didn't meet the requirements.. They help ease my mind and I know they will be my go to if my apnea does start to miss behave..

It all started with the recall of the Philips CPAP machine a few months back.Upon enquiring it was explained that it can take up to a year to replace the machines.I could not wait that long.So I dropped in at the nearby Panorama Surrey BC Canada SnoreMD Clinic and was greeted by some really friendly and professional staff.Got an appointment within days and had an expert, Bikram Mahil.Bik was extremely helpful, professional, no pressure sales at all and totally looked after exactly what I was in need of.All worked out really well.The amazing after sales service, follow up and ease of contact and service is top notch.Bik and other staff communicate via text messages with me all the time.For any medical questions, appointment and timing.Their CPAP machines can be adjusted remotely by them according to your needs and preferences. The very next day after I purchased the machine they texted to ask if all went well and adjusted the airflow and moisture level slightly from their end to make it more comfortable.They even politely insisted to come and see them after the first week to go over the data they collected and answer any questions I had.I did not experience all this at all when I had purchased my previous machine from some other clinic a few years back.Well done to Bik and the staff at Snore MD Surrey Panorama for the amazing service.Ver pleased and happy with their professionalism, friendly attitude and amazing service.I would absolutely recommend them to everyone in a heartbeat!!Thank you!!

My father just had a sleep apnea test. So far, we love the care and responsiveness of Bikram. I will try to provide an update once we hear back regarding the results and the course of treatment plan.

Very poor service . They commit free disteled water before selling me sleep Apsnia machine. Now they are forcing to buy jug from them for $5.99 . Which is 25 cent empty milk gallon.
