Blok Pools & Hot Tubs

We recently bought a Coast Spas hot tub from Blok Pools & Hot Tubs. Nathan and the team at Blok were great answering our questions, delivering the hot tub and making sure that all we had to do was fill it with water and turn it on! And we LOVE our new hot tub! We would definitely recommend buying a hot tub from Coast Spas and Blok Pools & Hot Tubs! You won't regret it (we wish we'd done this sooner)!

So after many years as a repeat customer on a variety of things, including pool closing, this year I'm told Blok pool is to busy to close my pool. Apparently my voice message to book my annual closing mysteriously was never heard. Upon my follow up, now they don't have time. Nice to have a business model that allows you to pick and choose your customers and even dump long term customers.Moral of this story is, use this company at your own risk....they may or may not choose to do the work. I'm quite sure though, they will find time to charge if they decide to do the work. To post, I had to give one star but obviously it should be zero stars.

My family just recently got a hot Tub here and it’s awesome! When we stopped in to look at new tubs they let us test them out and sit in them, told us all the features, and everyone was very knowledgable! As well as the two men who came to deliver and install our hot tub they were very fast! I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to go for a new hot tub!

Nathan Milligan (Sales Manager) was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional, answering all our questions about hot tubs, delivery timelines, etc. We did a ton of research and are looking forward to soaking in our new Coast Spa tub!

Blok Pools has been my choice for pool and hot tub chemicals, parts, and service for the past 13 years. Dave and the team are friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve helped me work through some repairs on my own, and been able to service my tub and pool when it’s out of my depth. Would highly recommend Blok pools.

they were super nice and helpful. especially considering i didnt even buy a hot tub from them. i expected to have to figure everything out but they analyzed my water, gave me printed instructions and picked out everything i needed. even gave me a test bottle to bring back if i had any problems. couldnt have been easier, they did all the work for me, and all i did was buy chemicals from them. new hot tub owner? definately go here.

I purchased a Coast Spas 2018 Classic Apex hot tub from Blok Pools and Hot Tubs in Pembroke, ON on 6 Nov 2019. This summer (end-June, 2022), the spa began to make some strange noises when the pump cycled on.We contacted Blok Pools, who contacted Coast Spas and were told that the 3 year warranty actually began 6 months before we purchased the spa and that the replacement of the pump was not covered.The warranty information provided to me at the time of purchase by both the Coast Spas website and the Coast Spas local dealer did not specify that the spa was under a reduced warranty and at no time was this information provided to me. I was not provided a manual or warranty card at time of purchase that specified any reduced warranty period either. In fact, when brought to the attention of Blok pools, they were unaware as to why the warranty was refused given that it was still within the 3 year warranty period and only later acknowledged that there was a reduced warranty.Not only should a hot tub pump that Coast Spas claims" is made of quality materials not break after 2.5 years but if it does

They require a credit card before any service calls and charge you three times more then agreed for a service call. We lost an entire hot tub worth of water over three days(filled it multiple times). It was a $300 bill for one hour of service. Which no fault was found. Two summers ago it took seven weeks to get our pumped fixed. I am positive it only came because I repeatedly called. Unfortunate, but this might be the worst business in the OV.

After having a poor experience with Mckie pool and hot tubs we went to Blok pools and hot tubs and they were very responsive and helpful from the start! We were able to pay for a hot tub coming in and we cannot wait for it to arrive, the kids are so excited!It only took about 10 minutes and we were in and out and had a new hot tub on the way with delivery and spa chemicals and set up! Nathan was very helpful and it was an extremely smooth process. I highly recommend you to take your business to Blok pools and hot tubs! Thank you :)

IN the 6 years we have been in the Ottawa Valley area, we have dealt with two different local pool and hot tubs companies. Both of those companies promised the moon and stars, and delivered a heaping pile of horse manure. So we hesitantly approached Blok Pools and Hot Tubs in regards to a new hot tub to replace our older molder. From the beginning to the end, we have been treated like we mattered, all of our answer have been answered, and the after sale service has been top notch as well. Thank you to Myles, Dave, Paula, and Matthew for a fantastic experience!!
