Well, since your network was down for HOURS today, I couldn’t pick up my reserved truck. I ended up going to Home Depot for a rental instead. Never using Uhaul ever again, Usuck!

Made online reservation, did all the steps to speed things up. Arrived with 5 people ahead of me and 2 staff working. Painfully slow, and staff could care less about customer service. The owner of this location needs to spend some time here to keep this business viable.

Great customer service for the second time. Last time we went a month ago we went last minute. Unfortunately they weren’t able to help us but they were very empathetic and provide us options. If we would have went a few days before as opposed to last minute it would have worked. This time I went to in today and the person was able to help me with what in needed. On two different occasions with different individuals I have great and friendly customer service.

Put the life of a family member in danger after kidney surgery made them drive hours to pick up a trailer half the size rented, wanted him to drive it back to Regina after moving to Victoria BC, had to leave behind couches bed tons of stuff. Multiple times with my family they didn't have what was booked if you book something expect it to not happen.

Old lady at this place told my friend she could get a uhaul if she came back the next day. When she went back there the next day the same old lady said there was nothing available. This old lady is nothing but rude to the employees there and to the customers to. This old lady needs to be fired lol dont go here.

Called 3 weeks in advance to rent a moving truck, called 2 weeks in advance to confirm everything was set in place. I was called 4 days prior to moving and told that they could not supply my request. The person over the phone stated he was a manager yet gave no solutions or substitutions that would help me in any way. Awful experience, the team was not remorseful or helpful. Will not use this company again and urge others not to.

Paid with a visa debit. They pre-authorized it. Instead of refunding what we didn't use via card or cash they decided to send a cheque that will take 4-6 weeks. No breakdown on any procedures regarding payment. We could have gotten cash back but the employee who was working that night refused to check the truck back in until November 8th, we used the truck for 2 hours on the 4th. The employee Shawn advised me that they don't have a customer service desk" to speak with. Refused to provide any information on how to go about contacting someone that could help sort out the awful service. Support local and avoid this place at all costs. Nobody should have to pay that amount
