If you have a case and choose Accident Solution to defend you ,I garant you 400% you make a bad decision.You involve yourself in money destruction spiral.First of all they will explain you that they have all competences to win cases.Moreover,they will demonstrate to you that all chances belong to you to win the case.Be careful ,it is just a strategy to insert you in money destruction chain: They will take your money again and again until they make you poor and after they will say that you cannot win the case.

Unhelpful. Long story short I was in a motorcycle accident days ago and sustained injuries.My relationship with Accident Solution started when I saw their commercial on TV, and thought to give them a call to help me navigate my situation because I had no clue about the SAAQ insurance process.I called on Accident Solution, and mind you I am days from having been in my accident, so, I’m not really at the stage to know whether or not I needed a lawyer. At the moment, I’m more focused on my recovery and hoping for the best, but I thought I should prepare myself for what’s to come with the potential losses and all.It was my mistake to think that I could consult with the people at Accident Solution to understand how I should go about preparing myself. I quickly understood from the rude phone call that if I don’t have an imminent dispute that needs settling in court then I’m not considered business to them. They could care less about my questions on how I should go about my accident’s insurance process in hopes to do things effectively (e.g. submission of reports accident and medical, timelines, paperwork, etc.) Basically, my administrative questions were my problem to figure out for myself. In other words, for Accident Solution, it’s all about big ticket items such as disputes and courts over client needs. A cash grab. Not to mention, Accident Solution frustratingly hung up on me for my lack of knowledge.Anyways, after the call, I did research online myself by going to the SAAQ website where I found a few public resources that explained a few things for me. Ironically, Accident Solution treated questions I asked as trade secrets when the answers to my questions were available on the SAAQ website. The fact that Accident Solution treated public information as trade secrets does not sit right with me. My expectation would have been that they at least point me towards the public resources instead of making me feel like a dummy no one cares about. Isn’t the point of a consultation to get expert information?All in all, I looked at their comments, and customer service don’t seem to be their strong suit. Go figure. Who knows, maybe I’ll need a lawyer at some point related to my accident, but it won’t be from Accident Solution. Not to say that their lawyers suck, but the business most definitely does.

Promised to accommodate me fully in English, I have spend more time trying to get documents rather than discussing about the case. I feel like I was tricked and they are impossible to get a hold of and when I do I get hung up on more than half of the time I have called them. I am about to talk to the b.a.r for what they are doing, it almost feels like they are trying to sabotage my case, especially when I have to call them daily and send them emails and pray they call back. All the unnecessary delays from them ignoring their promise to me is unprofessional, if you could not hold up your end then don't lie to me, stop wasting our time and transfer our file to another firm that will take care of us. Being hung up on repeatedly after being told to wait gets old quick and it has happened more than 2 handfuls of times...Update is that that the person who calls himself Mr. Lawyer calls me non stop after hours and sometimes in the morning and he sounds out of his mind
