Took 2 that day.. 1st cab was clean and driver very nice... 2nd cab was not so clean ... With a tiny musk smell.. But.... I forgot my phone in back seat... Called dispatch.. They called driver.. Driver found my phone and brought it home to me as soon as he was in the area.. Life saver!!! Thank you u-need-a cab!!!!!

Not impressed today. When I called, I said I had 2 Special Request: my Walker needed to be stored, and I need to sit in the front. Even before my Stroke, it's too hard for me to get in/out of the backI was wearing my Mask when the driver arrived. He told me Dispatch didn't tell him I needed to sit in the front. After showing me his boot box on the floor of thePassenger seat, he said I could try to get in the back, or call another Cab. I ended up in the back, and had Difficulty getting out at homeSurely you can Do Better U-Need-A-Cab!Update 4/10/23: I was told that Drivers don't scroll down and read the full Call Sheet, so they kept showing up Unprepared for me to ride in front. I asked Dispatch to put request at top of Call Sheet, and was told it's not possible. After enough awkward/Uncomfortable situations, I no longer use U-Need-A-Cab

Received a text which notified me that car 1041 was on its way to pick me up…Received a call 30 minutes later, they were a “little busy” and still hadn’t found a driver. So they lied and wasted 30 minutes of my precious time.I waited 30 minutes in the cold believing that a car was coming and it took these knuckleheads half an hour to pick up the phone and do their *overwhelmingly simple* job.I called Yellow Taxi, who arrived within 5 minutes. On my ride home, I saw at least 3 U-Need-A drivers sitting in parking lots doing absolutely nothing. Call U-Need-A-Cab if you have nowhere to be and don’t care if the car shows up or not. Otherwise, just call any their competitors.

No wheelchair cab available but I was able to get in back seat. Driver was able to load my w/C in trunk. Worked out well....thanks for your help. Will be calling again!

We made a reservation for a cab to take us to the airport and when it didn’t show up at the designated time, we called to see what was happening. The dispatcher was polite but could only tell us that we were next on the list but could not tell us when our cab would arrive. When it got so late that we were afraid we were going to miss our flight , we had to scramble and get a neighbour to drop us off. Not sure why they bother to take reservations, they don’t mean much. If u really need a cab, you might want to try another company.

The driver wet to the front of the building when I spasticity asked them go to the bake door. The cab was for a 72 year old man who has mobility issues, when the man didn't make it to the front in time the driver just left. I had to call again and ask for a nother cab they wouldn't answer for me from the original number I called from. finally got a hold of them calling from a private num so they would answer. Then the elderly man had to wait for a nother cab and he was late for his appointment. Very bad service.

Have been using this taxi service via the app since 2020 , often ( sometimes daily for work ) and every few weeks to transport my now 14 year old son from his dad's to my house.. same addresses and multiple trips over the years. All of a sudden today I get a message from my son that they want payment confirmation on my side ( something we've never done before , but fine .. waiting for a taxi call and 6 minutes later I get a call from a supervisor. At this point I'm worried as the driver turned off his tracking so I ask her what is going on , she has an attitude over me being bothered that my son is now sitting in this untraceable car , not wanting him to be kicked out I say we've taken this trip between addresses for years , it is on my account . she replies this is just some app not an account..I just say ok so i can get my son home.. ( ma'am.. this is 2023 , not 1980, the app.. is actually titled my account in my profile where I have provided my name and phone number and allowed you to track my trips.. are you questioning everyone's ability to pay as soon as they are in the taxi? Or wouldn't you say flag addresses and phone numbers like a normal company wouldand require upfront payment.. calling me with an attitude did nothing but show horrible customer service and make me worry for my son had you take a second to look at the history I know full well you have access to , you could have told your driver it was a safe trip as I've never had a payment issue since 2020 when the app started recording my trips..The driver then turned what is always a 13 to 15 dollar trip into a 17 dollar trip.. drove right by us literally standing on the lawn waiting for him , drove around the block and stopped 3 driveways away when I was chasing his car. To flag him down..Brutal experience and will be my last with uneeda

The cab was disgusting! It was so filthy I couldn’t wait to wash my hands when we got to our destination. The driver was non-commutative and turned the radio up loude the min we got in.I do NOT recommend this cab company.

I always use this cab company. I called five minutes prior to leaving a hospital appointment in anticipation they'd need a minute or two to get here. They were already there. They arrived at 1:06 and left at 1:11 with me waving and saying cab 650 is for me as he left. Then he looped back and didn't see me waving. If I were used to cabs showing up exactly the minute I would plan for that. But if five minutes is too long to wait when I'm stuck waiting for an elevator then no, thanks. I'll use another company now. Someone else kindly offered to drive me home.
