Staff are scammers. door prizes / New Years / any holiday or event prize at all, is not given out randomly. Before the draw, the staff gets one of their friends ticket numbers and calls that out, or if no one claims it, instead of redrawing, they will act as if there was a winner which will be one of them or their friends. This has been happening for years. The owner don’t care, staff has literally been caught stealing from customers. The owner makes his $ so nothing changes. Without any competition it has gotten worse and worse.
