We had a great experience with this company, I really liked how he went through the house with me and got a feel for my knowledge level and then tailored his suggestions and advice to my knowledge level. He was very thorough and had a well laid out report that he sent through email. Only one minor suggestion I have is if he could get certification to be able to do minor tests for septic systems.

We contacted Charbel at NCR for home inspection of our first home. He accommodated us within 2-3 days and got it done in a very professional and detailed manner. He was so thorough with the inspection and explained every little thing. He was very patient and took 2.5 hours for going through the entire house in every nook and corner. Very detailed and comprehensive review of all deficiencies in the house, I used his services for a new build (30day tarion) and I was impressed with the level of detail and thoroughness of the inspection. The infrared service is a must, I couldn’t explain why certain rooms were much warmer(summer time), turns out they missed the insulation in that room! Would have been a huge headache in the winter months. Great service, fair price and honest and trustworthy.

I had great experience dealing with NCR. The inspector was professional and knowledgeable. My bf and I thought there was no need for it. Surprisingly, there was more costly things to consider in the house than we expected. He took the time to explain to us any issues, followed up to check-in, see if we had questions. I could see he took great pride in his work and had the best interest of his clients at heart. Highly recommended!

It was a waste of money for me. All the checks were basics that any homeowner would already consider after living in the house for a month. I hired him based on the google reviews but I didn’t get the results I wanted. Couldn’t add anything from the report to the builders warranty items. I rather relayed on my own checking. Home inspection is very important but I should have choose someone from close references instead of online reviews.

Phil was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, polite, professional and provided great service. We needed an home inspection in a timely manner and Phil communicated with us right away and was very accommodating. We ended up setting an appointment with him in less than 2 weeks during the weekend. During the inspection, he made sure to answer my husband and I’s questions and was really patient in explaining things to me (my knowledge in stuff like this is very limited). The inspection was very thorough and top quality. Phil also provided the report the very next day. The report was very clear and complete.
