Absolutely incredible company.I recently was looking to rent a forklift for our new warehouse. I spoke with Jeff at Greatwest, and the service I received from Jeff and other members of his team was outstanding. I found the rental rates to be the best out of the companies that quoted. Would recommend forsure!

Very friendly & helpful staff. I loved how I was transferred directly to parts when I needed, without being placed on hold forever. They found the parts I required and I was able to pick them up later that day.

I have tried to business with this place on two occasions and both times they've ignored my questions or requests. The management I find to be of poor quality. I've compared their products to their competitors and found them to be much more expensive. I will use united rentals from now on.
