Foot Locker

Maybe zero star if available. NO Recommendation to shop from this location. Employee are unprofessional & careless customers. I shopped there for new leased AJ, Sales brought out my size , but another sales told him that was for someone friend. Then told me no more same shoes for me. THEY ONLY SELL HYPE RELEASES TO THEIR FRIENDS BUT CUSTOMERS. Then they ignore you and don’t want to help you any more. Finally, I browsed same item and completed order from online with a bit higher price.These guys are destroying reputation of business at this location!!

Poor phone service website say they have shoe for pick the don't have

I didn't even make it into the store. I was planning my shopping trip, and thought I would call first, to make sure the shoe they advertised was available in my size. The person who answered the phone didn't seem to know what I was talking about, and was not interested in finding out. He didn't know the brand I asked for, and just said they did not have it. He wouldn't offer any alternatives, and only seemed to want to get me off the phone. I gave up, and went to another store.

store is a joke went to a Jordan release and unlike all the other footlockers they didn't drop there shoes at opening. Delayed it till noon for no reason and at noon the shoes didn't even drop. They had a new manager arrive and cancel the whole drop and call security. Not until 1:15 the shoes dropped and they only had 19 pairs. Backdoored around 13 pairs. Don't shop here

Terrible experience at this store. Employees ignore you and don’t want to help or greet you. Also this store only sells hype releases to their friends, I went in there and asked if they have a shoe releasing tomorrow, and the employee said “no” nothing else. He sounded like a robot just saying no over and over again. And sure enough the shoe released the next day there. Don’t give them your business as they only care about their friends and not general customers

I was literally the only person in the store, East Indian manager absolutely ignored me, walked past me twice and even coughed in my daughters face as she walked by. I’m sitting there holding a shoe waiting for help. I finally asked for help and the Filipino girl was as useless and rude. I hope they aren’t on commission

Employees were courteous on phone, and promptly checked stock for me. In the store they were responsive and helpful. I tried on a few shoes, they answered any questions I had. No problems.

The manager michelle was very disrespectful and rude and delayed the drop for multiple hours. She also blamed everyone for disrespecting and being rude to the employees even though it was only 2 people that were unhappy because the did not get a spot near the front of the line. Michelle the proceeded to close the store and call the security. She also stated that the staff were not comfortable dropping the shoes so why would they delay the drop for multiple hours instead of just telling us. Very bad experience would not recommend coming to this footlocker as all the other footlockers in the lower mainland all dropped the sneakers exept for this one because their staff were unprofessional, incompetent and had a lack of training.

The clothes are great. I usually end up buying the kids clothes here. Today was exceptional. Carter helped me out at cash and he was the most friendly, kind, and polite retail person I have ever dealt with. Amazing customer service.
