Ordered Ford emblem that were 30 dollars and it showed up scuffed. Was told to polish it. Wouldn't send a new one. I would use any other vendor than these guys. Terrible customer service. Who sends a sub par part and expects customer to fix it? These guys

Service was good and polite. The downside is the exorbitant shipping costs added to my already existing order of hundreds of dollars. This is why I deducted one star. Moe was very polite and helpful.

Store front is closed to the public despite being in stage 3 of the pandemic where everything is open. Contacting 1-800 number means you get to wait on hold for several minutes only to enter your call back number.It’s unfortunate because they offer a lot of harder to find parts but their customer service and arbitrary processes are absolutely brutal. I would suggest buying elsewhere if possible.
