Q & A Allergy

This place is terrible in terms of their client service.I was referred to them from a Brampton clinic and do not drive. I had to take an Uber in a complete white-out blizzard to get there for an 8:40 appointment. I called to say I would be 20 minutes late due to traffic and bad weather. I was told this was okay.In less than 20 minutes, she called me back to say my appointment would be cancelled and that I’d be fined $100. She then tried to rebook me! There is no way I would even consider going to a place that does not even care to understand their patients.Some people behave like they really are not human and can’t comprehend when unexpected things happen.

My son and I had a wonderful experience at our appointment at Q & A Allergy. The staff were very attentive, the space is clean and open, and we can’t say enough great things about Dr. Abdurrahman—she was patient, attentive, and has a wonderful bedside manner when dealing with kids. I highly recommend this clinic!!

Receptionist and nurse very nice and professional.... but Dr Jacklyn almost seem annoyed that I had to have an allergy test! Not to mentioned that when the test was done there was no direction for after care of the allergens and I had to wash them in the public bathroom as she didn’t want me to do it in the sink she had. There also was no mentioned of treatment either. Avoid this Dr at all cause

When I saw reviews I thought can't be that bad" and unfortunately I was wrong. Everyone seemed annoyed I was there. When I was asked questions I was repeatedly cut off mid answer which made it really difficult to have a proper back and forth. And then they forgot to test some of the allergens so they had to do a second test - it was as if the entire process was being done by amateurs in a very disorganized manner. I got the vibe that no one really cared or wanted to listen and help. I would not be here if not for a referal which the doctor also questioned.The last time I got an allergy test at another clinic it was much smoother than this. Sure I got the results I came looking but it did not need to be that uncomfortable. I am not a burden for being a patient

I saw Dr. Quirt for an allergy test. She explained the diagnosis, and pros & cons of possible courses of action, in detail. She was very patient with answering my questions. The facility was spic and span, and wait time minimal. I don’t understand what all the negative reviews here are about, but I would highly recommend Dr. Quirt and the clinic to anyone.

Jaclyn Quirt would be the worst doctor you could possibly go to with your child. When I went there earlier in the year, I noticed she was extremely obnoxious, didn't even attempt coming near to understand what the issue was, she spoke in an extremely condescending manner. I knew I needed to write a review. Only to see I wasn't the only person who thought she was far from a good doctor. Go elsewhere if you are referred to her!!

Absolutely the worst allergy clinic we have visited.My son has been suffering from an unknown allergy for almost a year .When we finally got to our appointment, the Dr could not even bother to have my son tested to figure out what was causing the allergy.We waited 7 months for this appointment .I would not recommend this clinic!!

Though the place is clean and the receptionist was well behaved, the moment I entered Dr. Jaclyn Quirt's room I could sense a negative energy. She showed zero patience with my kids. I assumed this could be because of color or else, don't know. But i will never recommend anyone there and I will avoid this place for sure.

The people that work at this clinic lack the common decency to talk to people with respect. You chose this profession knowing you would be helping people who don't understand; if you dont have the bedside manner to assist them then I suggest you look for a new job instead of being rude to parents and young children. If you have an opportunity to choose where to take your child take them somewhere else. Public funding and healthcare is the only thing keeping this office employed - truly despicable.
