The ladies here were very sweet towards my mother who has lost her hair due to her chemo therapy. Will more than likely be going back!

I purchased a topper from them based on their recommendation and it was not a good fit for me. It would not lay flat and did not look nice- it was too short and the color too light. I recognize that inherent risk comes in purchasing without seeing the product. However, I called to ask them what model I had purchased as I would like to give it to a friend but they out right refused to tell me what I had purchased from them (which they have on a card in store) stating that it’s so I don’t go any buy the same one online. Needless to say, I was not going to buy it online, nor will I be shopping at this store or recommending it to anyone.

The Lady I was dealing with was very nice , got right back to me ( as phone order ) and was very nice , she even Delivered my item to my work - they took that extra step !

I had made a purchase without spending the time to make sure it was a good fit. They allowed me to try on products until I did find a wonderful fit. Customer Service #1!!
