I am currently in the process of obtaining my Real Estate License through RELO. They have a fun, updated website and offered a discounted course bundle for the courses I would need to get started.I am currently completing my Fundamentals of Real Estate Course and cannot speak to RELO's ability to prepare for the licensing exam... HOWEVER, I can say that the free webinars provided are presented by Mark Ross and they are FANTASTIC!As a 3rd time home buyer I am fortunate to be familiar with a lot of the forms and the processes involved with buying and selling homes- but the webinars provided so much extra knowledge which I feel will really help me put the need to know" stuff into practice. From what I've heard... education systems for Real Estate typically prepare you for the basics of how not to get sued and nothing about the practical aspects of once you are a realtor and conducting business.. let me tell you.. these webinars are gold! I can see myself immediately utilizing this info as these are the contracts

Great program, some things could use some adjusting but overall its a great program. The free Webinars are great as an extra study tool. Mark Ross is extremely friendly and easy to chat with, he also always answers your questions and has a ton of experience in the field!

I’ve been enjoying the program and it’s ease of use. The webinars are a bonus that I didn’t have with my previous course provider. Also, the support team is quick and fixed my small issue with one of my units quickly so I could get back to studying. Will definitely take more courses through Relo in the future.

After finishing the course content, and writing the practice exam multiple times and creating 400+ flashcards, and writing the final exam. There was still a copious amount of information missing in this course. I was directed to Relo since Reca had discontinued the Practice of Residential Real Estate course, reviewing the exam weighting for the final. There is units that aren't even included with Relo. I have no clue how to study for this exam when there is an endless stream of information missing from this course. I don't like to leave reviews bashing a company unless I feel its completely necessary. The entire Legal matters and concerns unit is missing completely from the course (at least i can't find the content for it after searching through everything). There is no unit for representing the seller or even the buyer. I feel everything is bulked into one big mess with zero organization, and jam packed with information that isn't even relevant. This course needs a complete look over.

After completing the Fundamental of Real Estate course through RELO, the course could have been better. Unfortunately, after taking the RECA practice exam, I realized I had to do more research on specific topics on which RELO lacked info on. There was a lot of irrelevant information, and lacked information where needed. The practice exam was helpful, but not the quizzes, as it tested you on information that wasn't covered. I recommend that RELO review the practice exams/textbooks from RECA to ensure you've covered all material and make your chapters similar to your new condominium chapter (Layout & Info).

The course material is very easy to follow and I was easily able to grasp the concepts provided. However I found that there were several subjects on the practice exam that were not covered in the course material (ex. difference between low-flush and normal-flush toilets). I have enjoyed the subjects I learned so far and I am looking forward to the rest of my courses.

Nola, was great at answering my questions and even offered to look into answers she couldn't answer on the spot. I felt much better after speaking with her. Although it took several days to get a call back, at least support/Nola scheduled a time that worked best for me. I would have left a 5 star rating but couldn't because it was well into the 3rd day of waiting for support to reply. Their policy does state that they will get back to you in 1 business day.

RELO provided a great experience in learning the Fundamentals of Real Estate! I feel like i have a short attention span especially with online learning and since graduating post-university and not being a full-time student anymore. The sub-sections are fairly decent in size (some are shorter, some are longer) and are very manageable. Overall, i’ve had a great experience with RELO.

November 2022 1 star review: The website itself is full of errors and bugs. To get to the next part of a module, I have to consistently refresh and find where I left off to continue. The learning material itself seemed accurate, but after reading the other reviews stating otherwise, I am now very nervous in taking my final exam. If you are looking to take your real estate courses save yourself the trouble and look ANYWHERE else.UPDATE: I just completed my residential real estate exam. I unfortunately can’t give RELO complete credit for my passing grade. After taking the RELO practice exam multiple times, I decided to take the RECA practice exam to see how I would fair - and I failed it.I believe my poor practice test result was due to how the RELO practice exam was presented. A painfully long 150 questions - poorly written and many irrelevant from the program.Fortunately, after taking the RECA practice exam - I was able to confirm that at LEAST the RELO material is indeed accurate. What is frustrating and my biggest critique about this whole experience, is the RELO website itself. There are many instances of information within each unit repeated multiple times. This, on top of each unit in the program having been renamed from RECA’s initial unit titles - makes searching for important definitions extremely tedious. So after creating some 200 cue cards, thoroughly reviewing my RECA practice exam results, on top of 3 DAYS worth of going through the jungle of information that is the RELO program - Im glad to say I passed my exam on the first try. Can’t say I wasn’t nervous. With that being said, if you’re stuck with RELO like I was; Just pay the $65 for the RECA practice exam.

Finally, a thoughtful provider for the real estate licensing course! I have been on the inside helping with edits and some really good business best practice additions. The Relo team really cares about the learners experience - they take all the early feedback into account and I know they are constantly improving. I would highly recommend this now that the bugs have been worked out. And what some might not know is that Relo is providing a whole 'Recosystem' of new agent help and learning. This has been one thing that has been missing from the real estate industry and I am happy to be part of helping it come to life!
