Inspection walk through was unorganized and not detailed. Lots of my questions were not answered or he didn’t know. Brought up some questions that he had to take A picture of and ask another source. Also said he checked the faucets in all the bathrooms and filled up the tubs and ran the showers. He did not because we have a leak in one tub and 2 faucets don’t even run water. An entire rooms baseboards weren’t even nailed on. Didn’t take any pictures of my roof or attic. If you do use Victor makes sure you do a full inspection with him so you know what you’re getting when you take possession of your home.

Do not recommend. Said everything is okay, or normal, or wouldn't warry about. Turns out there is A LOT to find out by myself after moving in. Such as blocked chimney, basement wall cracks, hidden crawl spaces, water leaks, etc. Would rather spend $200 more on anther inspector I used before.

Pays no attention to detail and comes off as very rude & snobby. Went with a second inspector who was much better than victor. Stay away!!

Victor did a very thorough inspection of the house I ended up buying. He took the time to explain some areas that needed addressing and even came to the house afterwards when I had further questions. Highly recommend.

The main wood beam of the house popped out of the wall and dashed the concrete block which was barely clinging to the wall. Nowhere in the report he mentioned it and did not point out during our walk through of the inspection. There was water in the basement, and he could not ascertain the source (but later a general contractor found it out in a minute). He did not check if the AC is working or not. When asked, he answered something. Further questions revealed that he actually did not check it (but he commented). He said the refrigerator works perfectly fine but actually it was not. The sump pump has been working fine but he noted that it is not working, and I had a failed negotiation with the seller. I recently got another property inspected by another professional and am fully satisfied with this new inspector, details of his report, relevant pictures, observations and the price. I regret now that I appointed Victor Teece. I would never recommend him.

First of all, when he did my home inspection, I was pointing out things he didn't even notice. He said everything was great AFTER I got possession of the house, I'm finding all of these VERY obvious problems (like ALL of the electrical, plugs and light switches) mold, etc. NONE of which were mentioned in his report. I have tried contacting him yet no response. I've now spent thousands fixing these issues that should have been detected on initial inspection. The whole thing was a joke! This is not my first house but definitely the worst inspector I've delt with. I want my money back because he clearly did not do his job. So I'm out almost $400 for nothing!
