I made an appointment at krown to have my car rustproofed and one or more of the employees there removed two parts ftom my csr and denied having done so. I know my vehicle hsving owned it for several years and upon recriving it back from krown I immediatrly noticed that these parts were missing. Also the employees sprsyed my wheel wells with their product but my wheel wells are made out of plastic so it wasn't necesssry. The car looked worse after their work. This mess under my wheel wells will eventually wear off or I csn take it off but I can't get my stolen parts back. My advice is to find another company other than krown rustproofing if you value your property and your vehicle.

Phoned for appointment was in within a week, it was quick and got a free bottle of car shampoo, and my truck was washed. They will call me next year for yearly appointment!

First time using your services for undercoating and would go back. I was having the most absolute worst day just prior to my appointment and the ladies at the front desk were so kind, accommodating, and comforting. An especially big thank you to Brenda! She got me in and out in a good amount time and they did a good job on my boyfriend and I's vehicles. Your staff's kindness and timeliness does not go unnoticed.
