Don't fall for this company. Complete fraud business of providing services. The technicians don't know how to fix the air conditioning. So, they will keep charging you for each technician who come in without fixing it. None of the technicians could figure out the small fault in the AC unit and yet they charged me for each visit of 3.5 hours. The AC unit is only 3 years old and the customer service agents tried to fool me by convincing me that the unit must have been old and that's why it's not working properly. I found another better Technician who was more knowledgeable and honest and finally my AC unit is fixed. I highly recommend to avoid ResQ.

They send us jobs via the app. The app is very easy to navigate, simple yet powerful. Communication with RESQ and RESQ clients is very easy via email and through the app chat. They pay their invoices consistently and early!! We look forward to building a long-term business relationship with RESQ!
