So....is it a bad thing to keep your dog on a leash in the dog park when the dog in question is very skittish and young?

This is a great little fenced park to bring your doggos and let them run free off-leash. There are garbage cans at both entrances and a dispenser for poop bags, both of which are checked often by district workers. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the drinking fountain isn't working and hasn't worked for a long time.
