Always looking forward to this latin social event!!! By far the best dance in the area! Great music and great and divers dancers! Kira is a lovely host and a great DJ with a fine attention to details! This event continuousely grows to bigger and better! Simply the highlight of the month for me! I can hardly wait to dance again!

Queen Latin Music
Queen Latin music events are run by Kira. She goes out of her way to create a safe and fun atmosphere for dancing, both indoors and outdoors in the summer months. The crowd is all ages and ability levels. Some people dress up and some don’t so come in what makes you most comfortable. The music is equally balanced with a focus on salsa and bachata with a few other styles thrown in. Everyone is respectful and the vibe is down to earth (not clubby or show off-ish) and everyone has a great time.

Kira organizes events, lessons and does an amazing job! We did the lessons after seeing the dancing in the street and talk about organizing!! We didn’t know how to salsa and now we have a better understanding of it and are able dance from the basics. Great job Kira and Nemanja and thank you!

We absolutely love Queen Latin Music! Kira has done an amazing job at bringing the joy of salsa and bachata dancing to Cambridge. Whether it be outdoors on Queen Street in Hespeler Village during the summer months, or indoors at the Legion and other venues, you can be sure to have an amazing time. These events draw such friendly and enjoyable dancers, and the music is always on point. Thank you Kira for all of your hard work and dedication to turning what started as a small group of people dancing on the street, to the incredible growing Cambridge dance community that it is now.

Queen Latin Music is a wonderful, welcoming, and helpful dancing event. The energy is so positive, not only have they helped me increase my dancing skills and always make sure I’m having fun, Kira make everyone feel so welcome and cheer you on no matter what your skill level, abilities, beliefs, body type, etc. Everyone truly feels welcome and it’s such a great place to make friends as well. They have a huge variety of classes that absolutely anybody can find something they love. Trust me, this is literally my favorite place to be!! I’m so glad that I found this dancing event!!!
