I purchased adjustable beds and mattresses from the Sleep Country store in Oakville. Sukhi was very helpful in providing information for my purchase. I appreciated that he took the time to answer all of my questions, both at the store, during installation, as well as after sales. I had some difficulty with the mattresses and returned to the store and received excellent customer service from Gurchan. He explained in detail all of the features of the different options and processed the exchange efficiently. All of the sales representatives that I interacted with at this store provide great customer service and I would highly recommend. The delivery by Jason and Rohit was efficient, friendly, and neat.

Salesman was ok but Manager is hard to deal with, he refused to accept a return. Poor salesman has to deal with it get us compensated. Bad manager....do not even deal with this kind of manager, bad customer service.

We too had a great response from Sumit. He was knowledgeable and patient - no high pressure sales which we appreciated.

Just purchased a new mattress and adjustable frame. The sales gentleman Vince was very knowledgeable, service oriented and helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this store and Vince in particular.Purchased: April 2023

Overall salesman was great. Mattress is fantastic. Only issue was the delivery. Paid extra to have the old mattress removed, where it was noted that they would donate if foudn acceptable and trashed otherwise. The delivery drivers noted due to a small stain on the bottom of the mattress it was unacceptable for donation and not only that but they would be unable to remove. They told me to contact the store for a refund of the extra payment. When contacting the store I was told since I've accepted delivery they could no longer be refunded and directed me to contact the head office for a potential gift card. After three attempts with each ending with a 15 minutes hold before I have up, I have since give up on receiving any reimbursement and now am stuck with arranging removal of the old king sized mattress.

Purchased a mattress last month. We went in 20 minutes before close because we thought we might just look at options. However, was pleasantly surprised that we were not rushed into a decision. Sumit was able to educate us and help us find a great solution to our back pain. The delivery was seamless and we even went back to buy some pillows. Great customer service. Thank you again Sumit!

Today we went there to see mattresses but We are were so disappointed with their customer service. First of all the sales rep with white hair beard (Pakistani or Indian) origin guy couldn’t get his name though he didn’t gave us a pillows or proper sheet with it to try on. We were basically trying the mattresses without pillows. Also when we told him that we will think about it and asked about his card, he seems be offended and he showed us our way out by saying we are always here in store. We had never this kinda service before. Just wanted to share what we felt and we will definitely not gonna buy from this store because of the customer service we got.

I had an amazing experience with this particular Sleep Country. I was in a panic due to an issue with my mattress delivery and Vince was able to help me resolve everything within a day! He went above and beyond with his customer service. Thank you so much Vince for all of your help, I truly appreciate it.

Purchased a mattress in May. I had gone in looking for the same mattress I had previously but was told they don’t have that exact one. They provided me other options that were said to be the same but I’ve come to realize this is not true. I have tried for months to get used to this mattress and it is simply a horrible mattress. I realize I’m now passed 100 days and am stuck with this garbage. Won’t be buying from sleep country again. There are other cheaper places that have better quality beds.

Sumit is an awesome salesperson. Wasn't pushy and did his best to find us what we needed. Highly recommended!
