Took our 5-month old here for his passport photo. Paul was very friendly, patient, and professional. He took the time to sanitize the baby seat cushion and gave us instructions to support him while the photo's taken. The photo turned out great! Would definitely recommend!

business hours shows that store close at 6pm. However, you can see the owner sat in the store, and closed the store at 4:15pm. Avoid this place, don’t waste your time to come and find it’s close on business hour

We took our kids to take passport photos here. The photographer is very friendly and super patient with kids, and he took the time to make sure the photos are with the best quality. I'm very impressed with the level of custom service this place offers, and would recommend anyone (especially those with young kids) to come here for photo service.

I've been going there since I was in college. And now I take my daughter there for her passport photos. The photographer there was super friendly and helpful. He even gave us a passport application form and told us the best way to fill it out. You don't get this kind of service anywhere else!

The place is a bit basic, but it did the task. It is open on Sunday till 6 PM , which is really great. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that they only do cash, but they give receipts alright.

I took my son for his passport photo and had an amazing experience there. Paul sanitized the chair before my little one sat on it! The photo turns out great. I took my photo after as well. He looked after every single details of the photo. Highly recommend this place for photo taking.

Really bad experience here!! This store is announced that it will close at 6pm, but when we stepped into it at 5:15pm. They refused to take a picture for us in very bad manner. The old lady with bad attitude said they have a lot of customers so don’t need and have time to take pictures after 5pm, even I don’t ask to pick up the pictures at the same day, they just refused and didn’t care. Ridiculous!!

Bad customer service! When I bring my baby girl to take a passport photos, the owner of the store told me that yellow colour clothing is not acceptable for passport photos which he should mention to me when I called him to make an appointment in the first place. So it ended up with taking my baby girl home, time wasted! Also the owner is so mean, no patience. That’s not how you treat a customer. Not recommended, bad experience.
