My doctor recommended CPCS because I was struggling just to get through the day. Ann Marie is highly skilled at providing compassionate support as well as helping me to see my challenges through a different lens which is clearer for me. I felt like I was starting to drown in negative thinking and she was a great help in a way which is gentle and which supports my own journey towards self-discovery, recovery and healing.
