Incredible service from a family owned business that you simply cannot get at shoppers drug mart and the like. Highly recommended.

I switched from Costco, where I found some people in the Pharmacy rude . Went to see Aaron at Brown's where we discussed price and he was honest enough to say he couldn't match Costco's prices but would do his best. His service is amazing and he has been so helpful when I needed a bit of help. They have free delivery and I really appreciate that! Brown's is the best!!

I've been coming here for probably 12 years now and I won't go anywhere else not for any reason, you've gotta support the great small businesses that make service their number 1 commitment. Thanks Aaron and everyone for all the help over the years.

Watching this masterful genius move around his lab and fill those prescriptions, with the dexterity of a brain surgeon, the speed of Usain Bolt, and the attention to detail an OCD sufferer could never match.... it is like looking at the living embodiment of the phrase 'poetry in motion'. Will definitely return for my anti-fungal cream.

Went above and beyond to fill a prescription on an out of stock item for a rescue kitten in my care. Researched and even called the vet to clarify things on an alternative. Will definitely be going back.

Great family run, community based operation. Very accommodating regarding deliveries, running a tab or special requests. The pharmacist is informed, friendly and willing to take the time to explain the effects of your medication.I'm happy places and people like this still exist.

Aaron and his staff have to be some of the most amazing people I've met. After chatting with them, I immediately knew I had to show my appreciation for such a wonderful experience. A friend recommended I see them and I'm easily going back for the positive experience and for the thorough support I get every time. Cannot recommend them enough.

Highest recommendation possible!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys so much that it's difficult to express, but here goes.... First off, it's a family-run, neighbourhood pharmacy -so shopping there supports small neighbourhood business. Secondly, they are so friendly and welcoming, and they genuinely care about their customers (see my story at the end of the review). Personally, I feel like...nah, I KNOW there is a relationship there, which is something I NEVER felt at Superstore, nor at Shoppers' Drug Mart, no matter how many times I saw the same pharmacist. If I go in with my boys, they always offer them a lollipop when we're paying at the till. Third, their pricing is decent. I can only speak for my experience there (your milage may vary) but they are always willing to match their prices on prescriptions to what Superstore/Shoppers' charges, and for some items I've found them to be cheaper! (I went from paying $18/pill for migraine meds to less than $4/pill.) As well, I've made two requests for items I regularly buy that they didn't stock, and they were more than happy to bring them in for me (and you, the items are regularly on the shelf now) at the same price I normally pay elsewhere. And lastly, they offer home delivery on prescriptions. We took them up on it once when the whole family was sick, and they didn't charge us for it. We're less than two blocks away, but still it was really nice of them. So basically, I have no reason to shop anywhere else for my pharmacy needs, and can feel great that I am supporting local business, and a wonderful family. Win-win-win.
